Guest guest
Right now my body is overrun with yeast, particularly in the vaginal & rectal area (which has been officially diagnosed by my doctor with a culture). The doctor gave me 3 doses of Diflucan (150 mg) which I reluctantly took because the rectal symptoms are bad. However, I don't think it's all gone (the yeast I mean) and I don't want to take any more because I'm breastfeeding. Is there something naturally I can do to reduce the total yeast in my system? I've cut out refined sugars and breads (starting today) and I take acidophilus when I remember. Is there anything else I can do?
