Another consideration in clearing the knee and back pain (email posted by 2

members) is that it may be caused by current or past fear-based emotional

issues.

The below emotional causes are based on author/teacher Louise Hay's mind-body

connection work and book " You Can Heal Your Life " :

KNEE PAIN - Inability to bend, inflexibility, fear, won't give in.

BACK PAIN - Depends on where the pain is located, e.g., lower back pain is money

fears, middle back pain may be control issues, upper back may be communication

issues or feeling the weight of the world is on your shoulders.

In my energy work with myself and my clients, releasing the negative emotions

locked in the above areas often brings lasting relief in minutes. I use EFT:

Emotional Freedom Techniques, but ANY effective energy/emotional work should

clear the emotions at the root of the physical symptoms, allowing the body to

heal itself.

Best wishes for your healing on every level!

i increased my exercising last year, and in Nov., I started having knee pain.

The pain is on the outside of the knee. I cut down, and just walked.

Previously, I was doing interval walking at high paces, and the firm workout

dvds.

Now, any type of mild dancing, brings back the knee pain. Even certain, low

heeled shoes bring it on. Any advice beside seeing the doctor- thanks
