Ren 4: slept FACE DOWN, not supine

Hi, I just wanted to clarify....I literally slept ON the needle, not

in the supine position. That's why I have talked about sleeping with

it literally grinding into my stomach. Some people have thought that

I was expressing emotion by referring to it as " grinding " , but

actually I wanted to make sure it was clear to everyone that I slept

ON the needle. I think that because it seems hard to believe that I

could sleep through that, many of the practitioners that I have seen

about this assumed I just meant that I slept through the night with

Ren 4 in me. Not so...hard to believe, but true: I slept on the

needle, quite restfully in fact!

I keep intending to stop taking up so much time on the board, but I

couldn't resist responding to this one. Thanks everyone, you've been

so, so great.

Hi Laura!

Oh, not to worry about the time it takes to read your posts. Those who are
