I read the post re the ad for the book about teeth. The author

states rinsing or sipping with milk or coffee would be good as well as

water since milk and coffee are not acidic. The author should know

that both of those ARE acidic.

In fact, milk and other foods in a diet with too many acidic foods

cause the body to buffer the pH balance of the body from becoming too

acidic. The body does this by pulling calcium from the bones.

which is why the U.S and Sweden, milk drinking countries, have

highest rates of osteoporosis. Visit www.notmilk.com (not my

site). Milk does not do a body good.

Good hygiene and eating healthy foods contribute to good teeth. No

flouride either. To tighten up gums, try white oak bark. Black

walnut (2 times a week only) extract with toothpaste will help

enamel. For poison free (no flouride) toothpaste, you can get at

www.mynsp.com/herbal Also xylitol, which is a natural sweetener,

helps gum disease and so does Silver Shield. Email questions to me

at nathlth
