I agree!

You know, every friend I've ever had who had naturally red hair was really feisty and funny. Wonder why that is.

Must be a witch quality.

How about the yellowish things that look like large peas that are usually on the salad bar?

It's a survival trait! You can't help but be singled out when you have red hair, so you have to learn defensive maneuvers! LOL!!! (I have strawberry blonde hair, by the way... or at least it used to be more strawberry until those nasty white hairs started growing in here and there!)

Garbanzos, Chick Peas, Cicis(?) The only 3 names I

Tummy talk

For me I have

found that I can usually go quite a while on my raw veggies (large salad for a

meal), although there are definitely times, especially on the cleanse, when my

metabolism just kicks into HIGH GEAR and I can't possibly eat enough! Always

hungry!! LOL!

Did this just

change recently for you Candace, or has it been the whole time you're on the

cleanse?

To those of you who eat lots of raw veggies.... do you find

you're hungry ALL THE TIME!?!

Boy, I just ate appx an hour and a half ago and my stomach

is growling like crazy! I bought enough veggies 3 days ago to last us a few

weeks and they're almost gone!

Is this something that goes away or will I be a veggie

monster forever?

I’m sure someone has already

supplied you with a recipie, I don’t have any on hand, but trust me, it

is YUMMY. And super easy to make. It goes on just about everything but my

favorite is just to dip lots of veggies in it. Way better for you than

traditional dairy based dipps.

Oh, hummus is

awesome! And you can " flavor " it with so many things, use it as a dip

sprouted garbanzo beans , tahini, lemon juice and garlic all blended together.

I'll look for a recipe and send it to you. Oh yeah, I also added cumin to my

last batch and that really added the touch I was looking for! :)

Thanks, I definately have a...... to take care of. I get so tired of him destroying things. The other night he came to bed covered from head to toe in motor oil. Guess what my sheets and comforter look like. He passed out in a puddle of oil in his shop and when he woke up he just came in the house and hopped in bed.

Not as bad as the time he came to bed covered in cow manure, but cow manure doesn't stain!!!!

I do need to be more patient, I'm changing lots of stuff all at once.
