I have heard that patients who suffer from SAD can gain benefit from

light therapy and exersize.

Try putting natural spectrum light bulbs in the house in winter

(actually good year round if you can afford them).

An exersize, exersize, exersize. If you think about it, you are not

only out in the light more during the spring and summer, but you are

also more ACTIVE.

There are several sights that deal with SAD if you check.

I used to always have sunblock on.

awesome and I'm even getting a little tan!

air in our house (our windows are so bad you can feel a breeze in

here at any given time) so it must be the lack of sun. This Summer

when I spend a day outside I feel GREAT!!

That's true, I do sit on my duff more in the Winter. Some one suggested

going to a tanning booth once a week, said that helps a lot but I'd rather

not get skin cancer or sit in other peoples sweat!
