There is a great acupuncture point to promote bowel movement, no matter what is causing the constipation. Guest guest Posted March 25, 2009 Report Share Posted March 25, 2009 what about molases? you can put a teaspoon into hot water and drink it as a coffee alternative. use blackstap unsulfered. also coped deficiency can lead to anemia. some advise cooking in coper pots for this reason. high doses of coper are poison!
