Guest guest
Hello! I've read your message in this group. Why don't you try to have a therapy? It will help you. Anyway, if you don't have anything to do, you can send me a message. You're welcome if you want me to be your friend. Take Care. ---Mary , " pshreiman " <pshreiman wrote: > > I am new and have Chronic fatigue syndrome and fibro. Today and yesterday I > felt so weak. ackey, dizzy. my name is Pauline. I love alone. Guest guest
Human growth hormone might help. In a male, I'd suspect if testosterone is low, replacement testosterone might help. Vitamin D3 might help a bit. These comments are just off the top of my head and hence aren't researched. , " pshreiman " <pshreiman wrote: > > > What do you mean by a therapy? Guest guest
Hi! There are various ways of having therapy: it includes stress reduction(might include simple stress modification at home or work, biofeedback, relaxation tapes, psychological counseling, and/or support among family members, friends, and doctors. Sometimes, changes in environmental factors (such as noise, temperature, and weather exposure) because these exacerbate your condition so it must be modified. Low-impact aerobic exercises, such as swimming, cycling, walking can be effective treatments for fibromyalgia. These exercise regimens are most beneficial when performed on an every-other-day basis, in the morning. You should avoid alcohol and caffeine before bedtime. Hope these help you. Take care. Guest guest
I'm terrified of water. I do relax by watching TV. I have trouble with relaxation exercises. It makes me nervous. pauline Original Message: ----------------- Mary Anne Tibay mary_anne_tibay Mon, 27 Mar 2006 03:41:07 +0100 (BST) Re: Re: pauline-new Hi!
