Guest guest
Published for those who do not have access to the files section. Love, Doc The Myth & The Mystery ADD & ADHD Definition: ADD - Attention Deficit Disorder, a "supposed" mental disorder that is a combination of behaviors in children such as; can’t follow directions; can’t sit still; speaking in class out of turn; cannot or lacks focus; gets angry or confused, etc. etc. Definition: ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) a mental disorder that is a combination of behaviors similar to the ones above with “hyperactivity” being present. Do you know that both ADD and ADHD were not “discovered” but were “voted” into existence by a committee of the American Psychiatric Association? Furthermore, it is acknowledged that the “Causes” are unknown and yet both of these “conditions” were voted in as being chemical imbalances in the brain without one shred of scientific evidence. Gene R. Haislip, Deputy Assistant Administrator, Office of Diversion Control, Drug Enforcement Administration was quoted as saying, “This agency has not made a determination of whether ADHD is a disease or a syndrome… We are also unaware that ADHD has been validated as a biologic/organic syndrome or disease”. With ADD or ADHD, there are NO brain scans, NO blood tests, NO saliva or urine samples taken, and the entire diagnosis is based on the OPINION of health professionals who much of the time render this judgment on the speculated opinion of school teachers mislead by Psychiatry, and who are not trained in the field of physical health or its diagnosis. Today over 6 million American children are being labeled as ADD or ADHD, and are being forced or intimidated into taking brain damaging, psychiatric drugs such as Ritalin®, Concerta®, Adderall®, etc, for these supposed, but imaginary diseases. This is beyond criminal. It is completely evil and is the greatest hoax of the 20th century while being its most destructive. For this massive drugging of our youth has the potential of totally destroying our future American society, and I compare this outrageous act to the holocaust in Germany in the 1930’s and 40’s. Often, I’m told by others, that the symptoms mentioned in these so called “diseases” are so very real and that this is why they’ve believed the Psychs and agreed with the diagnosis in the first place. I then get asked, “Well – if these diseases are not real and they are hoaxes, what is “causing” these symptoms?” Well – I’m going to answer that one for you too, and I don’t really think you’re going to be that surprised by the explanation once you find out what it is. So, what is this all-encompassing Cause??? Malnutrition! That’s it! That’s all of it! What do I mean by malnutrition? Well – “mal” means “bad”, so we’re talking about “bad” nutrition here and during the last 30 years the quality of food throughout the World especially in the US has gone dramatically down. If you believe your taste buds here, you probably won’t believe me, but what I’m about to reveal to you are cold hard facts. There are 3 major problem areas in our food chain that directly contribute to the “cause” of the symptoms found in these two bogus, psychiatric diseases. #1. All meats and meat products: For the last 30+ years, the amount of steroids, hormones, and antibiotics used in these products has grown yearly at an alarming rate. There is no meat source that has not been affected by these practices. It is not just the beef and pork industries that are the culprits here, the commercial dairy, chicken and farm raised fish industries are just as bad, if not worse and the more insidious due to their lower profile. All commercial milk, cheeses, and eggs are loaded full of these hormones, steroids, and antibiotics. This is the major cause behind our children going through puberty at 7, 8, and 9 years of age instead of the usual 12 through 15. It’s no wonder our children are demonstrating these symptoms when puberty is kicking in so early. These symptoms are very real, but the ADD & ADHD labels are an evil con job. The Solution here is to eat ONLY, CERTIFIED ORGANIC MEAT PRODUCTS AND BYPRODUCTS. #2. Sugar: All processed white and brown sugars are deadly. They are a “slow” poison. There is no nutritional value to sugar whatsoever. Sugar creates: a.) a false energy boost that burns the individual out faster. b.) stress to the Pancreas that will eventually bring about Diabetes. c.) anxiety. d.) HYPERACTIVITY! e.) grief. f.) pimples. g.) boils. h.) and lastly, a lowered or non-existent immune system that can allow all kinds of diseases to strike, such as colds, pneumonias, and flus to name a few. The solution for sugar if one has to satisfy a sweet tooth is to eat only ORGANIC RAW HONEY, ORGANIC MAPLE SYRUP, AND ORGANIC STEVIA PRODUCTS. An awesome book to read on the subject that goes into this in even greater detail is: Sugar Blues by William F. Dufty. This book is a “must” read. #3. And lastly in the food chain problem area is the little known subject of Enzyme Inhibitors. I’ve written a comprehensive article on this topic, and I strongly recommend you read it for a full understanding of this very important issue. In a nutshell, Enzyme Inhibitors are found in all grains, seeds, nuts, and most beans, and these biochemical agents can slow down and even stop many of your body’s natural functions. Again the solution is simple. Eat only those grains, seeds, nuts and beans that have been soaked in water for 8 to 12 hours. Soaking gets rid of Enzyme Inhibitors. Buy only breads that have been made from sprouted grains. Don’t believe that the Psychs and the Medical Doctors are simply ignorant about these solutions. They are very well aware of them. Criminally so! I hope this information helps you and your family. It was written to save the lives of your children, and to ensure their future survival. Guest guest
I forwarded this to some one who dopes up her kids for ADD/ADHD among other things...... - Candace Wednesday, May 19, 2004 3:27 PM Re: Fwd: The Myth & The Mystery Actually, ADD/ADHD is believed now to be on the autism spectrum. It is a true neurological disorder. There are brain scans that show decreased activity in a frontal area from a lack of glucose production--the area of the brain that control behavior. The diet (Feingold is the most famous) is great and works for some but not all. I speak from experience on this. You can give them all the organic, dye free, refined sugar free, white flour free stuff in the world and it doesn't always work. No offense, Candace but things like this have a tendency to really get to me. Unless you truly know about ADD/ADHD and researched it and lived thru it you have no idea what it is like. I get tired of people saying it is all a myth and that it is caused by poor diet, poor parenting, pill pushing parents, schools who don't want to deal with the kids, etc......... It has been proven that these kids(and adults) are lacking in essential fatty acids. Adding those to the diet does wonders for some. Giving the person a cup of coffee a few times a day works as well. This stimulates the area of the brain that doesn't work as well as a "normal" brain. MISSYSAHM to some special kids!!! Excuse Me While I Go Raise Tomorrow's Future. - Candace Podratz Wednesday, May 19, 2004 3:33 PM Subject:Fwd: The Myth & The Mystery The Myth & The Mystery ADD & ADHD Definition: ADD - Attention Deficit Disorder, a "supposed" mental disorder that is a combination of behaviors in children such as; can’t follow directions; can’t sit still; speaking in class out of turn; cannot or lacks focus; gets angry or confused, etc. etc. Definition: ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) a mental disorder that is a combination of behaviors similar to the ones above with “hyperactivity” being present. Guest guest
Yes. She's a friend of mine and we've had several heated debates about ADD and ADHD which is why I forwarded her the article. I don't believe it's genetic and she takes that as an insult on her parenting skills. And the fact that all her kids have some sort of "disorder" just shows it's genetic. When she sent me the reply I felt like asking her "oh, so you have tried giving your kids all organic food/juice?" since I know damn well she has never tried it. "organic is too expensive" and "a juicer is just too expensive". I'm not going to argue with her anymore, but if I see more articles like docs' I'll forward them to her nonetheless until she changes her email address. Guest guest
Absolutely. I never knew any of this about vaccinations with my first three kids. When I got pregnant with Miranda we were starting to have our eyes opened. My poor children. The oldest has had the label of ADD and Billy, my five year old gets every cold or flu that comes around. He always has high fevers and stays sick for longer. I beleive it's because they gave him the Hep B shot in the hospital before he went home. Miranda, however was born at home. She never has seen a doctor, and I've made all her food. (breastmilk and solids). Everywhere I go people actually notice the difference in her. She is happy, healthy and alert. Now she is thirteen months and she is my little helper. I can't help telling about 'Randa. She is a wonderful baby. I wish more people knew the truth about vaccinations. This gal has the potential of putting a lot of false data and stress into your life = one of those individuals who just sounds soooooooo reasonable, and in truth who is nuttier than a fruit cake. They always come across as being so logical, while hammering the nails in your coffin. Guest guest
Docs definately have a way of scaring you into shots. My mom never gave any of us vaccinations but never explained why so I was going to give Brock his just because it was the " normal " thing to do. When I was pregnant with him, the doc gave me a big speech about how I was risking Brock's life by getting pregnant unimmunized. If I got the measles or mumps while pregnant I would surely deform or kill him. He told me to get my shots IMMEDIATELY after having Brock (I never did) I did, however, go in for a 2 month checkup for Brock and without asking (I guess it's routine!?!)they gave him the first round of immunizations. I spent the entire next day with him on the couch as he nursed and nursed and nursed, he had a fever the whole day and wasn't feeling good. I never got him another shot. I hope those didn't do any permanent damage to him. Guest guest
The intimidation can be scarey. I was surprised, when I refused shots for Megan, at the M.D.s response - he kicked me out of the office and said I could no longer be served there! That was fine with me, but I thought it was a very extreme reaction on his part! Guest guest
I'm amazed as I read more and more about docs kicking people out of their offices for not treating them like gods. How disgusting. Guest guest
It's criminal that they didn't even consult you!!!! That's the reason I never took her to any check up. She went to a chiropractor for adjustments from 4 months til about 8 months. Then I found a doctor that respects a parents decision, but I still had to endure a talk. Criminal! really criminal! I'm sorry for you and your son. Do you still go to the same Ped.? Guest guest
That was the last time Brock went to ANY doctor. I'll be the judge of whether or not he's healthy!!!! Guest guest
The drs cannot give shots without the parent or guardian signing papers. Are you positive you did not sign any papers? The paper states what you are vacinating for and you are aware there could be a side affect. Guest guest
The drs cannot give shots without the parent or guardian signing papers Unfortunately, that's not always true. It depends on each individual pediatrician's office as to how they determine policy. At our ex-ped's office, they changed their policy several times over the course of our being there (about 18 yrs). When we first started, there were no papers for anything. Then they slowly started giving informational papers on each individual shot. Then, it got to the point where the parent had to sign for the shots. Then, they went back to no signing anything.... and the last time we were at that particular office, the only time you signed anything was if you did Not want a shot... We found a ped who is perfectly fine with us not vaccinating (no lectures, thank God). I'm not sure why we "need" a ped anyway, since I never take my kids in for anything. I guess it's sorta nice to know if there is an emergency & we'd have to hit the ER I have someone to call~ and not have to rely on some on-call doctor who would give us grief. Guest guest
Mmm...it's been awhile since I did shots. I would find me another dr so fast he would not know what happened if they did anything to my child without permission. How could they give the shot though? Weren't you sitting/standing there with your son? Surely you didn't let them take him to another room without you? Elaine Unfortunately, that's not always true. It depends on each individual pediatrician's office as to how they determine policy.
