Guest guest
Hi Devon, thank you for that- I have long been a strong supporter of stopping the demonization of coffee and use coffee enemas for some of my clients. I really appreciate you bringing this information forward.. However- I would like to post some stipulations. 1. Coffee needs to be organic-biodynamic is the best and worth the price. 2. Coffee needs to be freshly ground and drunk within 20 minutes to get the benefits of the acids to clear out your liver. French press is superior to the poison plastic coffee maker variety. 3. Because coffee is so addictive- I tell my clientele to drink it every other day or give themselves a day or two off it a week. 4. Coffee reacts with most homepathics- don't bother doing both! 5. Ayurvedically- I have my clients put dosha appropriate spices in it to counter act it's overly astringent qualities. I have posted this on the blog page of my website, I have also added the books that people have been requesting off line- there are five recommended now-So, come check it out! Guest guest
Hi Aurore, Thanks for putting my links on your blog and also giving tips on coffee. I totally agree with you on your ideas about coffee. I'm sure you know this, but for others, if a coffee isn't USDA approved organic, it doesn't mean that it isn't grown without pesticides. Many farmers can't afford to do get the USDA approval but do grow ethical coffees. Check out Novo Coffee for a great example of ethically crown coffee. They pay single family farmers well over " fair trade " for their coffees and they are expert roasters. These guys roast some of the best coffee that I have had. Also " counter culture " in North Carolina roast some amazing coffee.
