help for allergies/asthma

i have been on singular, if i dont take it i get out of breath, have

asthma attacks, i do not want ot be on this the rest of my life. does

anyone know of something out there natural i can take instead of med.

One remedy for allergies (that works), is to take a teaspoon of locally

produced honey each morning and evening. The theory behind this remedy

is the local pollens, dust, and other microscopic particles taken in

honey desensitize the allergic response.

 

I know of one person who cured her allergies using honey in this way.
