Guest guest
Hi, I'm a 35 year old, physically active male. Moved to Boston 2 years ago, asymptomatic. Starting around January, 2006, the area under my eyes - from the inner canthus and expanding outward - began to darken/redden. As the months passed, I became more and more aware of constantly appearing tired despite being full of energy. The area under my eyes soon began to look puffy as well - especially in the mornings. By mid-afternoon, the puffiness was decreased - in the beginning- however, at this point in time, there really is no more decreasing of symptoms as the day goes on. Other symptoms include daily eye itchiness - mostly inner canthus, but sometimes outer as well; and stickiness in the mornings. I have fairly constant low-grade inflammation in my nose which doesn't leave my stuffed up or with runniness - usually just dry mucus ( " nuggets " ). The hardest part is my appearance, as I can live with a little itchiness and less-than-clear nasal passages. At this point, the redness extends under my eye from the inner canthus about 2 centimeters on the left and a bit less on the right.. I have tried diet changes, anti-inflammatory vitamins and foods, acupuncture and facial creams. None have caused any change in my symptoms. Perhaps someone out there could recommend to me a treatment based on your experience? This is very frustrating, especially considering I live quite a healthy lifestyle. Thank you so much! You need to test yourself across the range and to do that easily and cheaply you need a natural allergy testing manual and do the job at home. You, or anyone can get this free, just go to www.allergiesmaykill.com and ask. Kind regards, Don Moody.
Guest guest
I would strongly question my environment and the toxicity levels in the area in which you live, especially since this has all come about since moving to a new area -- Boston. Guest guest
Without talking more to you , it is difficult to pin point the causr -but some things to check for are- drink plenty of water- 2 lts per day-not coffee, tea and soft drinks-- water -straight pure water --this helps to detox the liver--- low salt intake it could be an allergy to the paint on your walls, a near by tree pollen-( does symptoms vanish if you go away for 2 weeks?) people can form allergies to foods and products they have used for years-wear only natural fibres- even undyed if possible, no synthetics- do you have this every day-do u smoke-check out your life style from outside your own view-i know that's not so easy but even white bread and sugar can cause these problems-for allergies echinachea is helpfull. Do you work in air cond-- look at your enviroment as a whole -try to elliminate one thing at a time until you are rid of this nuisance-i know it is not so easy changing job locations or homes but try diet-, clothes etc first then go full bore with changes-can only help Aradiaglow <aradiaglow wrote: Donald Maybe there's some mold in your new home behind the walls or somewhere.
