Guest guest
Hi Linda many thanks for your response. However, I need to know day and month of year as well for DOB salvador >Patients dob is 1961. Guest guest
Many thanks for the info on DOB. This is only my opinion and it may well conflict with others nevertheless. From DOB I know that this patient's symptoms will be related to either the LIV, G.Bladder or L. Intestine. I don't have enough info on patient's symptoms to make a more accurate guess. however, red eyes are traditionally LIV Heat. It is posible that it is Empty Heat and that the Liv is deficient. the G.Bladder could also be deficient. Is this an angry person? perhaps one that does not share anger with others? ie. focused on self. Perhaps one with not enough self worth.? A push over? am aware that an energy block between the San Jiao and G. Bladder meridian could also be responsible for the red eyes. Dry skin? well it could easily be blood Def. manifesting through any of the 3 meridians I have mentioned. So how can you find out?Where the problem lies? Personally I check with Qi energy in the meridians. but there is another test. First make a case for your meridians and find out which is likeliest to be in excess My best guess without any more info Is a BLOCK, do even on S.Jiao-22 and sedate GB-1 If what you have done is good there will be an increase of saliva in the patient's mouth almost immediately. If it works you now know That this patient's tendencies lead to stagnation in G.B meridian. If not, sedate Liv-2 but be careful if the saliva dries up fast chage needle direction and tonify! if the saliva does not come back take it out. In the unlikely case of the above not working then you have to look at stagnation In the Large Int. Meridian. If this were so there should also be some meridian symptoms to link it in. What I can guarantee you is that one of those meridians is stagnant / excess and one is deficient. salvador www.meridian-qi-acupuncture.com
Guest guest
Hi redeading your input you mention hip pain as a result of a hip injury. well.... Often people atrribute pain to previous injuries past their sell by date If this were the case it might show a link to the G. Bladder meridian. salvador www.meridian-qi-acupuncture.com
