Guest guest
....I could sure use a solution. In my Qi Gong, I am using a technique prescribed to me called anus control breathing, where the anus is moved towards the upper back and upper front in rhythm with the breathing. It causes immense heat during practice in the diaphragm and somewhat up the chest. I know that relaxation is important but this method stresses muscle contraction of the anus, which has a very powerful effect on the rest of the body which can be felt all over. The heat subsides but I think that this is what is causing the aftereffect burning in the chest. Any suggestions?
Guest guest
Hi there, I don't know if you received my earlier post, but I believe that wht I said would still hold. Obstruction causes heat, and the heat generated by any form of meditation should not be localised to any one area of the trunk, unless one is specifically concentrating on that one area, i.e. the lower tan tien. Even then, then sensation is one of overall comfortable warmth/circulation along with the mental focal point, which is also comfortable in sensation. Discomfort occurs whenever there is something to burn through. Bye, Hugo =] Everything you'll ever need on one web page from News and Sport to Email and Music Charts http://uk.my.
