What is a mind machine?A mind machine is an electronic device which enables the user to read another person's mind from a screen. The EM mind machine has been used by involved agents, police & operatives of surveillance station/system over decades since it has been invented in 1974. Currently, there are basically two types of mind machine: Infrasound and Electromagnetic (brain) wave (EM). The EM mind machine was developed by the United States and was incorporated into the surveillance system of U.S., Taiwan, and many other countries. Besides using it to inspect the target's thoughts, it has been mainly used to check whether or not the targeted individual is aware that the invisible personnel (involved agents, police and recruited civilian operatives) of surveillance system are inducing illness/death upon him. Also, EM mind machine can deliver subliminal messages (thoughts and an image). For example, implanted thoughts- with ELF, and send an image into a target's brain with visual picture (see details later). The Russian invented infrasound mind machine can be used to read human mind and deliver subliminal messages to a target with infrasound (thoughts) and an image.

Different Types of mind machineThere are basically two different types of mind machines. One type is the infrasound mind machine which had been developed in Russia during the Soviet Era. The second type is the EM mind machine developed in the U.S. 1. Infrasound mind machineU.S. media has reported the infrasound mind machine was developed by the Russians. However, in the post Cold War era, the Russian scientists are working with U.S. mind control researchers on developing this type of device in the U.S. Many news sources have continuously reported the American scientist Janet Morris & John Alexander are involved in the mind control research and has recently worked with the Russian scientists. These reports also tell us that Russian has the device of mind machine to "electronically analyze the human mind." Also, Russian use an infrasound very low frequency-type transmission to transmit the subliminal message - its' function is as same as the ELF (which is used to transmit subliminal messages) in electromagnetic wave mind machine. These reports prove that Russian infrasound weapon, Russian mind machine, and delivering subliminal messages (thoughts and an image) technique (to change a target's thoughts) have been successfully developed in the US. Beside it can send an image to the targeted person, it use infrasound to implant subliminal thoughts to the target..

Alexander, The Pentagon's Penguin" by Armen Victorian (June 1993) ========= The following article which appeared in the U.K. magazine, LOBSTER in June 1993, is reproduced at the request of the author. (LOBSTER magazine, which specialize in intelligence and conspiracy matters, is published twice yearly.)

On April 22, 1993, both BBC1 and BBC2 showed on their main evening news ...... JANET MORRIS, Janet Morris,... has been a member of the New York Academy of Sciences since 1980 and is a member of the Association for Electronic Defense. She is also the Research Director of the U.S. Global Strategy Council (USGSC) ...... She has been conducting remote viewing experiments for fifteen years. She worked on a research project investigating the effects of mind on probability in computer systems. Her husband, Robert Morris, is a former judge and a key member of the American Security Council (33).

In a recent telephone conversation with the author (34), Janet Morris confirmed John Alexander's involvement in mind control and psychotronic projects in the Los Alamos National Laboratories. Alexander and his team have recently been working with Dr. Igor Smirnov, a psychologist from The Moscow Institute of Psychocorrelations. They were invited to the U.S. after Janet Morris' visit to Russia in 1991.

There she was shown the technique which was pioneered by the Russian Department of Psycho-Correction at Moscow Medical Academy. The Russians employ a technique to electronically analyze the human mind (mind reading) in order to influence it. They input subliminal command messages, using key words transmitted in "white noise" or music (35). Using an infrasound very low frequency-type transmission, the acoustic psycho-correction message is transmitted via bone conduction - ear plugs would not restrict the message. To do that would require an entire body protection system.

According to the Russians, the subliminal messages by-pass the conscious level and are effective almost immediately. ...................... =========

According to above report, "John Alexander and his team have recently been working with Dr. Igor Smirnov, a psychologist from The Moscow Institute of Psychocorrelations." It means that U.S. mind control researchers were developing infrasound mind machine and infrasound subliminal message technique in the U.S. with the assistance of Dr. Igor Smirnov.

According to 4/94 Scientific American report, infrasound mind machine, infrasound psycho-correction' (subliminal message) technology and related Russian mind control technology had also been demonstrated and promoted to U.S. mind control researchers. It proves that infrasound mind machine and infrasound subliminal message (thoughts and an image) technique have been successfully developed and used in US.

(Source)- "New World Order & ELF Psychotronic Tyranny" by C.B. Baker, YOUTH ACTION NEWSLETTER, December 1994) ========== The 4\94 SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN reported that Janet E. Morris and her husband Christopher C. Morris " have been involved in promoting a psycho-correction' technology, developed by a Russian scientist, that is INTENDED TO INFLUENCE BY MEANS OF SUBLIMINAL MESSAGES EMBEDDED IN SOUND (infrasound) OR VISUAL IMAGES". In 1993, "the Morrises organized a meeting in which the technology was demonstrated for U.S. scientists and officials by its Russian inventor ( Infrasound mind machine --Alan Yu note). ========== The report proves that infrasound mind machine also can be used to deliver subliminal message (an image and thoughts). But it use infrasound to deliver thoughts.

2. EM Mind machineIn 1999, I came across the following patent while searching through the records of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The record indicated it was filed on August 5, 1974 (Appl. No.: 494518) which proves my deduction must be correct. I deduced it was invented in 1973 based on available information in the literature on mind control research development. After developed it successfully, they could apply a patent in 1974. In this patent, it tells: "It is therefore an object of the invention to remotely monitor electrical activity in the entire brain or selected local regions thereof with a single measurement. Another object is the monitoring of a subject's brain wave activity through transmission and reception of electromagnetic waves. Still another object is to monitor brain wave activity from a position remote from the subject." Furthermore, according to an inside information which was reported on National Enquirer on 22 June 1976, it said that: " Since 1973 the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) had been sponsoring a program to develop a machine that could "read minds from a distance" by deciphering the brain's magnetic waves. A scientist involved in the program had declared that the ultimate goal of his work was to exercise control over the brain. (See page 299 on the 1977 book Zapping of America by Paul Brodeur).

Comparing the above two information, they must mention the same device. Why? Because they developed the device in the same period of time (1973). Also, they used same electromagnetic wave and same remote method to do the same thing - monitoring brain wave activities. So, the above two information must mention a same device of electromagnetic wave mind machine.

According to the inside information on National Enquirer report, "Since 1973 the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) had been sponsoring a program to develop a machine that could "read minds from a distance" by deciphering the brain's magnetic waves. A scientist involved in the program had declared that the ultimate goal of his work was to exercise control over the brain." The above information also doesn't conflict another information of US Patent & Trademark Office, that this device was applied on August 5, 1974 (see details information on following source of US Patent & Trademark Office).

Why will not the above two information conflict with each other.

Since they had been sponsoring a program to develop a mind machine in 1973 and successfully invented it at same year, they could logically conclude the results then apply for a patent in 1974.

Thus, it proves that the above two information mention a same device of mind machine and the inside information from National Enquirer's report (on 22 June 1976) about electromagnetic wave mind machine must be completely true. Thus, the following patent device must be the electromagnetic (brain) wave mind machine which was reported on National Enquirer in 1976 from an insider although some involved officers of surveillance station/system might falsely claim that inventors didn't clearly state its mind reading capabilities on the patent.

Some people might falsely claim that this insider information is fake because the National Enquirer have reported unbelievable news. In the past, the National Enquirer might report some harmless stories which were fake because it might only get some laughs out of the readers (such as Elvis Presley was still alive, etc.). However, it had also broke some important and true insider news, such as U.S. Senator Gary Hart's extramarital affair in 1987, which sank his 1987 Presidential bid.

Therefore, the issue is whether or not this information (e.g. the Gary Hart's affair or a machine which could read minds from a distance, the ultimate goal of which is to control the brain) is true. If it is true, it doesn't matter which newspaper reported this news. Since the patent's information tells that the device was developed in same time period, and using a same thing of electromagnetic wave to do a same thing (monitor the brain activities) with a same remote method, it proves that the patent's above information are all same as the inside information. Thus, the inside information from National Enquirer about electromagnetic wave mind machine has been proven to be true by this patent of US Patent & Trademark Office.

Apparatus and method for remotely monitoring and altering brain waves

Abstract

Apparatus for and method of sensing brain waves at a position remote from a subject whereby electromagnetic signals of different frequencies are simultaneously transmitted to the brain of the subject in which the signals interfere with one another to yield a waveform which is modulated by the subject's brain waves. The interference waveform which is representative of the brain wave activity is re-transmitted by the brain to a receiver where it is demodulated and amplified. The demodulated waveform is then displayed for visual viewing and routed to a computer for further processing and analysis. The demodulated waveform also can be used to produce a compensating signal which is transmitted back to the brain to effect a desired change in electrical activity therein.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to apparatus and a method for monitoring brain waves wherein all components of the apparatus employed are remote from the test subject. More specifically, high frequency transmitters are operated to radiate electromagnetic energy of different frequencies through antennas which are capable of scanning the entire brain of the test subject or any desired region thereof. The signals of different frequencies penetrate the skull of the subject and impinge upon the brain where they mix to yield an interference wave modulated by radiation from the brain's natural electrical activity. The modulated interference wave is re-transmitted by the brain and received by an antenna at a remote station where it is demodulated, and processed to provide a profile of the subject's brain waves. In addition to passively monitoring his brain waves, the subject's neurological processes may be affected by transmitting to his brain, through a transmitter, compensating signals. The latter signals can be derived from the received and processed brain waves.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

It is therefore an object of the invention to remotely monitor electrical activity in the entire brain or selected local regions thereof with a single measurement. Another object is the monitoring of a subject's brain wave activity through transmission and reception of electromagnetic waves.

Still another object is to monitor brain wave activity from a position remote from the subject. =========

How could this mind machine be used to remotely monitor a subject's brain waves? Based on the EM mind machine patent, it requires the four following steps:

First, the machine can be used to transmit a signal and base frequency to the subject's brain (e.g., from the right side of subject's skull).

Second step, the signals & base frequencies will penetrate the skull of the subject and impinge upon the brain where they mix to yield an interference wave modulated by radiation from the brain's natural electrical activity. It means that once the machine's signal reaches the subject's brain, it is altered by the subject's brain wave. It then leaves on the other side of subject's head (left side in this case) as altered signal (the signal is strong enough to penetrate the subject's head completely- the modulated interference wave is re-transmitted by the brain).

Third step, the modulated interference wave from subject's brain is collected by an antenna at a remote station where it is demodulated. It means that they need to use antenna on the other side of subject's skull to receive (collect) the interference frequency. This interference frequency is the signal emitted from the machine mixed with the target's brain waves, which passes through the subject's skull).

Fourth step, the operatives transmit the received brain waves to a computer to view and analyze the subject's brain wave activities. The demodulated waveform is then displayed for visual viewing and routed to a computer for further processing and analysis.

However, this procedure seem to place some operational constraints on this machine. It would require the emitter of this machine to be on one side of the target and the receiver must be on the other side of the target. So, if this machine is being used on a target, this would require the operatives to put the emitter and receiver of mind machine on both side of a target's skull. Also, the operatives must be certain that nobody is standing between their emitters and the target or between the receiver and the target. So, no other person's brain wave would be collected or interfere with the reading of the target's mind. This would require the operative to be able to observe the target and his surrounding directly. However, to read a target's mind in surveillance system is always achieved with secretly activities to avoid a target's knowledge. So, how they achieve it?

Under such kind of condition, they must secretly use invisibility technology on their personnel and mind machine to become invisible. Then the invisible personnel can secretly carry the mind machine on a target to read a target's thoughts (mind) without the target's knowledge.

What is invisibility technology?

According to inside information from former Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek, the invisibility technology of Philadelphia Experiment tested in WWII has been developed successfully to use on human after WWII by US Navy. After using invisibility technology on the personnel and their equipment, they will become invisible, tiny (like small ant size) and can levitate (floating in air as zero gravity). Since these personnel & equipment will be rendered tiny by the invisibility technology, they are of little use in military combat; invisibility technology was later used in the field of surveillance. In 1950s, this invisibility technology was transferred to Taiwan. Each tiny invisible personnel, by wearing a propulsion device on back to control his movement while levitating, can function as a small flying ant. By combing this ability with the psychotronic weapons (aka non-lethal weapons) and mind machine that they carry, these tiny invisible personnel can not only fly onto their target's head to read his mind and implant thoughts with ELF, but they also can gently land on a target's body (near any organ) to induce illness/death without most unknowing victims' knowledge (But so far, they still cannot explain why humans become tiny in the electromagnetic field). The unlawful life control surveillance system's establishment is based on atheism & materialism Why? I would use Taiwan's unlawful life control as example to explain it in details. Chiang Ching-Kuo was the head of Taiwan intelligence agencies and internal security in 1950s. As a former communist (during his days in Soviet Unions), Chiang Ching-Kuo still clung on to its' atheistic and materialistic beliefs. It means he believed that human is purely composed of materials without soul and God doesn't exist. So, the concept of reward and punishment after death for one's deeds in the life would not be a factor in his decision. As an atheist with considerable power, Chiang Ching-Kuo would not have any problem about doing something bad if he felt he could get away with it in life. So, he used invisible personnel in conjunction with psychotronic weapons and illness/death inducing techniques to create an unlawful life control surveillance system in Taiwan in the 1950s.

Chiang Ching-Kuo kept the secret of unlawful life control and invisibility technology from all other Taiwanese officials (including the President Chiang Kai-Shek, Vice President, Premier, and his brother Chiang Wei-Kuo). The only other people on Taiwan who knew of it were the invisible personnel themselves and those officials directly involved with them. President Chiang Kai-Shek only became aware of invisibility technology because of a loyal intelligence agent who secretly notified him of it after the invisible personnel injured his knee (http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2a.htm ). These invisible operatives' codename was little spirits in the classified illness/death techniques research Operation Pandora 1965-70. They have changed the codename to "bees" because most of westerners know that the "little spirit" in Pandora box are invisible, tiny and will spread illness/death on man.

Since the unlawful life control surveillance system in Taiwan was secretive and evil, it would most likely also be secretive and evil in the US because: (a). these technologies were transferred by the US to Taiwan as a field test (b). unlawful life control is an international conspiracy of invisible personnel © When pursuing their unlawful interests, invisible personnel had betrayed their own country (see the proof on reported staged car accident case on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part3a1.htm ).

 

Victim's Experiences with EM Mind MachineAccording to some victims' reports, their thoughts have been monitored by EM mind machine. One of them is David James Fratus, a Utah State prisoner, (ID) 17886 -Box 250 Draper, Utah 84020. In 1988, he reported that he knew his thoughts were being read by the prison guards, and they almost drove him crazy. Although he didn't see any prison guard use the mind machine against him, they were able to play mind games on him and his mind could not stop from thinking, which must have been caused by involved LEO with mind machine. This led him to believe that he was receiving "special" treatment. Other victims who live in single family homes (e.g., Ms. Dorothy Burdick who had written the book Such Things Are Known in 1982, described similar situations of having her mind being read). These victims also never saw an operative use a device on them to read their minds, although they knew that some persons knew their thoughts and used their thoughts as tactics to play mind games with them.

So, how could these operatives use EM mind machine on a victim (who lives in single family house with multiple inhabitants) to read the victim's mind and be certain no one else is obstructing the way?

 

Relationship Between Invisibility Technology and use of EM Mind MachineAlthough the EM Mind Machine requires no physical contact and is used via remote means, the operators must be certain that there is no one obstructing the path between the emitter & the target and between the receiver & the target. Under such kind of operating constraints, if the operatives use the mind machine to remotely read a targeted person's mind, their equipment needs to be used as close to a target as possible to prevent interference from a third person. These operators also must be able to directly observe the target's movements, avoid being seen by the target, and be able to read the target's thoughts even if he is in a crowd of people. How do these operators accomplish all of this?

The real answer is that before these operators use mind machine on their targets, the operatives use invisibility technology to make themselves and their equipment become invisible and tiny (see details on my webpage Part II-A). Therefore, these invisible operatives/little spirits can enter people's homes and read any target's mind. Even if the target is in a room full of people, these invisible operatives can still read the target's mind by flying close to (or above) the target to use mind machine and read his mind from there, all without being seen by anyone. This method has been used for over 25 years without being discovered.

Furthermore, the following messages of Col. John Alexander also prove that invisibility technology has been used by these so-called nonlethal weapons users to secretly use mind machine ( & ELF) on people's mind, or send "microwave voice" and use microwave (or Radio wave) weapon on American people without being seen by victims.

In his 1980 article "The New Mental Battlefield" in Military Review, John Alexander stated that "The ability to ..cause disease can be transmitted over distance, thus inducing illness or death for no apparent cause. The use of psychotronic weapons would be able to induce illness or death at little or no risk to the operator. The psychotronic weapon would be silent, difficult to detect and would require only a human operator as a power source" (see details on MILITARY REVIEW ENGLISH EDITION- DECEMBER 1980 - THE NEW MENTAL BATTLEFIELD).

Based on Col. Alexander's above words, it is obviously that calling psychotronic weapons "non-lethal weapons" is extremely misleading because these weapons are supposed to silently kill enemy. However, by using the name of non-lethal weapons, involved police and agents can legally obtain these weapons to unlawfully induce illness/death on American people with invisibility technology. Since these psy weapon leave no signs of external injury on victims bodies, their victims' death always appear as the result of natural causes (see explanation later).

However, to prevent their secret from leaking, Col. Alexander didn't explain that why "The psychotronic weapon..require only a human operator as power source." So, I will explain it in details with two important points.

(1). The secret is related with invisibility technology:

Based on John Alexander's own words, "the psychotronic weapon required only a human operator as power source." It proves that when using these weapons, they need human operators to be physically present (in scene) at same place as his target to be a power source. Obviously, the human operator's functions are to use the weapon to attack his target and become the weapon's power source [this point will be explained in details on (2)]. Thus, when the victims are attacked with radio-frequency weapon, or "hearing microwave voices", there must be some human operators at same place (scene) as their victims to use the psychotronic weapons (radio-frequency weapon or microwave voice device) on their victims. However, according to victims' reports (see following source), all victims who complained of being "zapped by radio waves" or heard "voices" never saw anybody use psychotronic weapons (e.g. microwave voice device, or radio-frequency weapons) against them where they were victimized.

(Source) "Microwave Harassment & Mind Control Experimentation" by Julianne McKinney on 12/1992 =========== Another individual, during a telephone conversation, was told by an employee of a local power company that, if she valued the lives of her children, she would drop her public opposition to the company's installation of high power lines. Since receiving that threat, the individual's 11-year-old daughter has been reduced to extremes of pain, resulting in her recurrent hospitalization for treatment of illnesses which cannot be diagnosed. It is also apparent to this individual that her three-year-old son is on the receiving end of externally-induced auditory ["hearing"microwave voices - Alan Yu note] input.

*Refusal of the FBI to intervene in any of the cases brought to our attention thus far. FBI spokesmen do acknowledge that they have received a large number of requests for assistance from "mentally disturbed persons" who believe that they are being "zapped by radio waves" and/or "are hearing voices..."

"* Refusal and/or inability of local police to intervene. The tendency of local police is to dismiss an individual's complaints of government harassment as the ravings of a "fruitcake." In one case, discussed above, it is apparent that one police officer is actively cooperating in the harassment. =========== Why didn't the above victims see any human operator who used psychotronic weapons on them? Because these human operators and weapons have used invisibility technology to become invisible and tiny. Thus, although many victims had been attacked (or "hearing voices"), they could not see these attackers and their weapons. Thus, combined with John Alexander's messages concerning psychotronic weapon and these victims' experiences, it becomes obvious that invisibility technology has been used by local involved nonlethal weapon users (involved FBI agents, police and their recruited operatives). However, these victims had been falsely accused as "mentally disturbed" in order to keep invisibility technology a secret (see above reported cases). Based on Microwave News Nov/Dec 1993 reported, State and local law enforcement have obtained so-called nonlethal weapons (infrasound, microwave weapon, radio-frequency weapon, etc.) and mind control device (see Source of news reports on above).

The victims mentioned earlier cannot get help from local police and FBI because some of local involved FBI agents and police (or police of University) are either directly involved the harassment, or in on the conspiracy of life control. So, they will not really help. Also, some of them have no knowledge on invisibility technology then are unable to help. Furthermore, the following information tells that Col. John Alexander is dedicated to the development of technologies (including advanced nonlethal weapons and mind reading technology) for invisible personnel/warriors.

(Source) "Some Aspects of Anti-Personnel Electromagnetic Weapons" by David G. Guyatt, Prepared for the 1996 International Red Cross Symposium: The Medical Profession and the Effects of Weapons (3/8/96) =========== Alexander wrote a book an article (and later co-authored a book entitled The Warrior's Edge) published in Military Review in which he outlined a number of hitherto "fringe" subjects --including telepathy - - that should be brought in to the battery of future weapons. Alexander is dedicated to the development of a super-human soldier with enhanced abilities leading to an "invisible warrior." =========== This information further confirm that the above conclusion that nonlethal weapons users have used invisibility technology is true. It also proves that inside information from Taiwan is also true.

(2). The secret is related with unlawful life control: Now, I want to further explain that why the psychotronic weapon would require only a human operator as a power source.

According to "The Mind Has No Firewall" by Timothy L. Thomas, PARAMETERS, US Army War College (Quarterly, Spring 1998, Vol. XXVIII, No. 1), A psychotronic generator, which can be used to "produces a powerful electromagnetic emanation capable of being sent through telephone lines, TV, radio networks, supply pipes, and incandescent lamps."

Using a psychotronic generator, invisible personnel can attack their target through a nearby electronic device (e.g. TV, Monitor, microwave oven, lamps, etc.) in people's homes/offices, cars, boats, planes, and public buildings (school, hospital, shopping center, banks, stores, light poles, etc.) without unknowing persons' knowledge. It means that after using psy generator in current society, many electronic device (e.g., TV) become hidden psychotronic weapons and already exist in citizens' homes/workplaces, vehicles, or public buildings, banks, school shopping center, business stores, light poles, etc. Thus, if they want to attack a target, it only needs an invisible operator who use a psychotronic generator (as power source) to power the nearby electronic device or hidden electric emitter then attack the target from his home/office, vehicle, or public building without the victim's knowledge.

Although many psychotronic weapons (electronic devices) already around American people, involved agents and police still request military advanced psychotronic weapons. Why? Because some more lethal weapon (e.g. radio-frequency weapon, infrasound, sonic weapon) are not installed in the household appliance (e.g. TV. microwave oven, monitor etc.). Thus, if they want to quickly murder a target at home, they need radio-frequency, laser weapon. If they want to murder an aware target, they use the infrasound weapon to avoid the target's knowledge. Also, if they want to intentionally cause car accident to kill a driver, or secretly destroy a target's car, they need HPM (high power microwave weapon (http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part1e2.htm ). According to Microwave News reported on Nov/Dec 1993, local law enforcement have obtained above radio-frequency weapon, infrasound, HPM weapon, etc.

Obviously, under such kind of circumstance, local involved agents, police and recruited civilian operatives can control Americans' lives/health with invisibility technology, illness/death inducing techniques and advanced nonlethal (psychotronic) weapons.

The above information proves that US invisible personnel/invisible warriors have used advanced technology (e.g. mind machine and new weapons so-called nonlethal weapon ) in surveillance system to mind control or unlawfully induce illness/death on their targets (The evidences of invisibility technology- see details on Part II-A1 of my website, http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2a1.htm).

Recent information proves that beside mind reading is a real thing, advanced mind reading method can also be achieved with noninvasive neuro-electric sensors (device) to collect the target's brain waves (tiny electric signals) then read mind.

Murray WASHINGTON TIMES (August 17, 2002) ========= Airport security screeners may soon try to read the minds of travelers to identify terrorists. Officials of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration have told Northwest Airlines security specialists that the agency is developing brain-monitoring devices in cooperation with a commercial firm, which it did not identify. Space technology would be adapted to receive and analyze brain-wave and heartbeat patterns, then feed that data into computerized programs "to detect passengers who potentially might pose a threat," according to briefing documents obtained by The Washington Times. NASA wants to use "noninvasive neuro-electric sensors," imbedded in gates, to collect tiny electric signals that all brains and hearts transmit. Computers would apply statistical algorithms to correlate physiologic patterns with computerized data on travel routines, criminal background and credit information from "hundreds to thousands of data sources," NASA documents say. The notion has raised privacy concerns (Alan Yu note: Although they don't admit, the involved local police, agents & recruited operatives) already secretly read Americans' minds with invisibility technology & mind reading device at Americans' homes/offices, vehicles, etc. over several decades. So, even NASA's plan become true, it will not really make any difference to your private rights). Mihir Kshirsagar of the Electronic Privacy Information Center says such technology would only add to airport-security chaos. "A lot of people's fear of flying would send those meters off the chart. Are they going to pull all those people aside?" The organization obtained documents July 31, the product of a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the Transportation Security Administration, and offered the documents to this newspaper. Mr. Kshirsagar's organization is concerned about enhancements already being added to the Computer-Aided Passenger Pre-Screening (CAPPS) system. Data from sensing machines are intended to be added to that mix. NASA aerospace research manager Herb Schlickenmaier told The Times the test proposal to Northwest Airlines is one of four airline-security projects the agency is developing. It's too soon to know whether any of it is working, he says. "There are baby steps for us to walk through before we can make any pronouncements," says Mr. Schlickenmaier, the Washington official overseeing scientists who briefed Northwest Airlines on the plan. He likened the proposal to a super lie detector that would also measure pulse rate, body temperature, eye-flicker rate and other biometrics aspects sensed remotely. Though adding mind reading to screening remains theoretical, Mr. Schlickenmaier says, he confirms that NASA has a goal of measuring brain waves and heartbeat rates of airline passengers as they pass screening machines. This has raised concerns that using noninvasive procedures is merely a first step. "If I can do that, and I don't know that right now, can I package it and [then] say we can do this, or no we can't? We are going to look at this question. Can this be done? Is the physics possible?" Two physics professors familiar with brain-wave research, but not associated with NASA, questioned how such testing could be feasible or reliable for mass screening. "What they're saying they would do has not been done, even wired in," says a national authority on neuro-electric sensing, who asked not to be identified. He called NASA's goal "pretty far out." Both professors also raised privacy concerns. "Screening systems must address privacy and 'Big Brother' issues to the extent possible," a NASA briefing paper, presented at a two-day meeting at Northwest Airlines headquarters in St. Paul, Minn., acknowledges. Last year, the Supreme Court ruled unconstitutional police efforts to use noninvasive "sense-enhancing technology" that is not in general public use in order to collect data otherwise unobtainable without a warrant. However, the high court consistently exempts airports and border posts from most Fourth Amendment restrictions on searches. "We're getting closer to reading minds than you might suppose," says Robert Park, a physics professor at the University of Maryland and spokesman for the American Physical Society. "It does make me uncomfortable. That's the limit of privacy invasion. You can't go further than that.We're close to the point where they can tell to an extent what you're thinking about by which part of the brain is activated, which is close to reading your mind. It would be terribly complicated to try to build a device that would read your mind as you walk by." The idea is plausible, he says, but frightening. At the Northwest Airlines session conducted Dec. 10-11, nine scientists and managers from NASA Ames Research Center at Moffett Field, Calif., proposed a "pilot test" of the Aviation Security Reporting System. NASA also requested that the airline turn over all of its computerized passenger data for July, August and September 2001 to incorporate in NASA's "passenger-screening tested" that uses "threat-assessment software" to analyze such data, biometrics facial recognition and "neuro-electric sensing." Northwest officials would not comment. Published scientific reports show NASA researcher Alan Pope, at NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, Va., produced a system to alert pilots or astronauts who daydream or "zone out" for as few as five seconds. The September 11 hijackers helped highlight one weakness of the CAPPS system. They did dry runs that show whether a specific terrorist is likely to be identified as a threat. Those pulled out for special checking could be replaced by others who do not raise suspicions. The September 11 hijackers cleared security under their own names, even though nine of them were pulled aside for extra attention. =========

 

Traditional and Advanced application of Mind Reading Technique by invisible personnel of the surveillance system.

Traditional method: For 25 years, the local invisible personnel (local involved agents, police, and recruited operatives from civilians) have used mind machine & invisibility technology to read people's minds secretly without targets' knowledge.The involved agents, police of surveillance station/system will use invisibility technology on their personnel & equipment to make them to become tiny & invisible (see details on my webpage Part II-A). Thus, the invisible personnel can secretly enter a citizen's home/office and use the mind machine to read the target's thoughts (mind) without victim's knowledge. By 1970s, the invisibility technology has become an international conspiracy of involved agents and police of surveillance system and most countries of the world. Through the abuse of invisibility technology and illness/death inducing techniques of surveillance system, the involved police and agents can secretly assassinate political leaders and unlawfully control people's lives everywhere. This was true in Taiwan, it should also be true in the U.S. In Taiwan, by using such kinds of technology, these invisible operatives (who use invisible equipment, weapons, etc.) can directly spy on people in people's homes/offices, cars, boats, plane, etc. or induce illness/death on their target in people's homes/offices, car, boat, etc. or public building/places (e.g. school, hospital, supermarket, shopping mall etc.). By using psychotronic generator, these invisible operatives certainly can also use concealed emitters or electric device (household appliance) in public building/places, light poles (e.g. using radio-frequency weapon) or in people's homes (electric system, microwave oven, TV, Computer monitor) to induce illness or death on victims (see mentioned on above).

However, the original method of above mind machine has been changed. That's because the original technique need to collect the brain waves of a targeted person, then send the targeted person's thoughts to a computer system to translate it (according to the brain wave program into words [thoughts]). The RADIO FREQUENCY DOSIMETRY HANDBOOK published by U.S. Air Force in 1986 has proven that reading human mind is not the problem and they just want to increase the speed of mind reading in order to know a target's reaction while this target is being input with subliminal message (see detail on page 189, ANGELS DON'T PLAY THIS HAARP by Dr. Nick Begich & Jeane Manning).

Their method to read mind has been improved to increase the speed of mind reading.

*The advanced mind reading technique (Synthetic Telepathy): When spying on a target on his home/office, car, boat, or following the target to walk on on streets, shopping, etc., the invisible operatives will always use the advanced mind reading technology to read the target's thoughts immediately.

That's because the advanced mind reading technique allows the target's thoughts to be read by the invisible operatives immediately as the target is thinking.

The involved agents, police & recruited civilian of surveillance station/system operatives achieved this by using two technologies:

1. Invisibility technology: After using invisibility technology on their personnel & equipment (including mind machine, microwave voice device, weapons), it will make these operatives & equipment/weapons to become invisible, tiny and stay in the electromagnetic field as similar levitation situation. Thus, by wearing a propulsion equipment on back, every invisible operative can move as a flying ant . Thus, the invisible operatives can secretly enter people's home from the pipe of electric system, or hitch a ride on another collaborator's car to be drop-off near the target's home (then the invisible operatives can secretly fly into the target's home with their equipment from nearby neighbor's home of a target).

2. Advanced microwave voice device (Voice Synthesis): The device can be used to clone the target's brain electric impulses which express thoughts, language. The invisible operative will use the voice synthesis to clone the target's brain electrical impulses and directly deliver it to an nearby invisible operative's head to know the target's thoughts immediately.

The electrical impulses in the brain of every human, which describes the thoughts (brain waves) of a person, should be same type of signal. This means that if we can transfer the electrical impulses of PERSON A directly into the brain of a PERSON B, then PERSON B (brain) will understand the thoughts of PERSON A as if he was reading PERSON A's mind. This is just like microwave voice technology, which directly delivers electrical impulses (which describe voices in brain) into the human brain; this allows the person receiving the electrical impulses to "hear" voices with his brain, without actually hearing anything with his ears (see Part I-A2 on my main page for more details on microwave voice device).

This psychotronic weapon was demonstrated by Dr. Dave Morgan at the November, 1993 Non-Lethal weapons conference (same meeting as above Nonlethal weapon conference). =========

According to insider information: The microwave weapon used for "voice synthesis" process (which I refer to as advanced microwave voice device) can be used to clone a target's brain electrical impulses which express one's thoughts or language. Then, send it to another nearby operative's brain, so the operative can know the target's thoughts or words immediately. . When using the advanced mind reading method, two invisible operatives/bees will fly around a target. One invisible operative will use the advanced microwave voice device (Voice Synthesis) to clone the target's brain electrical impulses which express one's thoughts or language and deliver it to another nearby invisible operative's brain to know the target's thoughts or language immediately.

This is another function of the advanced microwave device (Voice Synthesis) and that's why this advanced microwave device (Voice Synthesis) process is also called "Synthetic Telepathy" within US government. The technique described above is currently the latest and most advanced mind-reading technique.

 

Using Subliminal messages techniques to implant thoughts into humanCurrently, to deliver subliminal messages (thoughts and an image) on a target can use four methods. (1). By using infrasound via bone conduct to deliver subliminal message then implant thoughts or an image into the target.

According to scientist's conclusion from news report, the infrasound subliminal message cannot be resisted by the target and will act upon as one's own will immediately.

(2). By using mind machine to send an image to the target as subliminal message. Both EM mind machine and Russian invented infrasound mind machine can be used to send an image to their target as subliminal message.

(3). By using microwave voices to deliver microwave voice as subliminal message: Such kind of subliminal message is as similar as TV advertising on a target because the invisible personnel will repeatedly deliver some messages on an unaware target to implant subliminal message (see details from microwave voice device on Part I-A2 of my website). However, the invisible personnel can also use microwave voice to repeatedly deliver homicidal message on an unaware violent teenager in order to implant the homicidal subliminal messages into a violent student's mind (see details from Oregon & Mississippi school shootings cases on Part II-D1, D2 of my website).

(4). By using ELF (Extreme Low Frequency) waves to deliver subliminal message then implant thoughts into the target.

The ELF wave is an Extreme Low Frequency (of electromagnetic wave) which is same as brain frequency and can be used to create subliminal message (thoughts and an image) to human.

"The June-July, 1989 issue of the West German scientist publication, RAUM & ZEIT carried an article by Dr. W. Volkrodt, titled: "Can Human Beings Be manipulated By ELF Waves." The article stated: "The technical principal of receivers for electromagnetic waves is fully analogous with biological information and communications systems. "IF INTERFERENCE SIGNALS ARE SUPERIMPOSE ON THE NATURAL SIGNALS GENERATED BY THE BODY, E.G. BY USING ARTIFICIALLY CREATED CENTIMETER WAVES AS A CARRIER, THE BRAIN COULD BE PRESENTED WITH SIMULATED STATES THAT WE CONSCIOUSLY PERCEIVE, BUT WHICH DO NOT REALITY." According to Washington Post (on 25 Sept. 1977), "CIA testing EYE-BRAIN LINKS." It stated: "A San Diego Hospital has been conducting experiments for CIA for two years on how the human brain reacts to what the eyes see. The volunteers respond to pictures of faces flashed on screens with each picture evoking a different brain waves pattern. At that time, CIA spokesmen said "The contract we have is not a Lie-Detector thing at all (Alan Yu note: because it is only used in mind machine), it's so that we can better understand how the human brain absorbs and processes information.. how the brain interprets visual materials. It's hoped the program will benefit CIA analysis in interpreting photographs and other visual information they have to work with."

The above information prove that US mind machine not only can be used to read human thoughts, but can be used to know what a target saw. Vice versa, it is not only can be used to implant thoughts as subliminal message, but it can also be used to send an image (picture) to a target as subliminal message after 1978.

When an operator use electric device to deliver ELF (subliminal message) to a target, the target's brain will confuse these subliminal message as his own. Thus, after the target's brain receive the ELF, he will act it upon as his own will immediately.

 

An electronic device: This device can be used by invisible personnel to send ELF wave to people's head then implant thoughts into target's brain.In a mind control case, the invisible personnel will manipulate the target's emotion to extreme anger and use this device to implant homicide thoughts into the target as if his own will to kill. According to 3\23\94 WASHINGTON POST report: "The Pentagon and the Justice Department have agreed to share state-of-the-art military technology with civilian law enforcement agencies, including exotic 'non-lethal' weapons."

What particularly worries civilian scientist is a classified Pentagon contract issued earlier this year for the development of high-power electromagnetic generators that interfere with human brain waves. Quote: "These electronic "skull-zappers" are designed to invade the mind and short-circuit its synapses -- the tiny electric impulses that control our behavior," says Dr. Emery Horvath, a professor of physics at Harvard University. "In the hands of government technicians, it may be used to disorient entire crowds, or to manipulate individuals into self-destructive acts. It's a terrifying weapon.It is quite true that the government has no right to shoot or incinerate citizens resisting bureaucratic abuses of power," says Prof. Arno Roche of Columbia University. "But the use of mind altering electronic emissions may be even worse.It's use does not just violate the law," he added. "It effectively annuls every protection the Constitution provides for your people.

How could I prove that ELF waves (subliminal message techniques) have been used by local law enforcement?

Based on MICROWAVE NEWS Nov/Dec 1993 reported, nonlethal weapons include ELF have been developed and transferred to local law enforcement (including police) .

Thus, the ELF technique and other mind control equipment have been transferred to local law enforcement to use. So, the involved agents, police and recruited civilian operatives (invisible personnel) of surveillance station/system can use an electronic device to send ELF to a target and then implant thoughts, or an image into the target.

During April 1995 on NBC's "The Other Side" program, former Major Edward Dames of Defense Intelligence Agency also stated that "The U.S. Government has an electronic device which could implant thoughts in people." The above evidences prove that local involved police/invisible personnel can implant thoughts into their target either with infrasound subliminal message or ELF. Also, the invisible operatives can use microwave voice to repeatedly deliver their messages to an unaware target in order to implant their homicidal subliminal messages into the unaware target. This microwave voice method is similar as the TV advertising repeatedly appear on screen and it can implant subliminal message to the unsuspecting customers.

The infrasound and ELF subliminal messages techniques cannot be resisted by an unaware target and usually act upon as his own will. The microwave voice can be resisted by any target because most targets know that the microwave voice messages are not his own. For example, in the Oregon and Mississippi school shootings, their mind control targets Kip Kinkel and Luke Woodham had resisted the microwave voice messages for a period of time (see details on Part II-D1, D2 of my website).

Guyatt (3/8/1996) ========= Major Edward Dames, formerly with the Pentagon's Defense Intelligence Agency until 1992, was a long-serving member of the highly classified operation GRILL-FLAME, a program that focused on some of the more bizarre possibilities of intelligence gathering and remote interrogation. Known as "remote viewers," GRILL-FLAME personnel possessed a marked psychic ability that was put to use "penetrating" designated targets and gathering important intelligence on significant figures.

Following the Oliver North debacle, the Defense officially terminated GRILL-FLAME, fearing bad publicity if the program were to become known to the public. The leading members of the project -- including Dames -- immediately relocated to the privately owned and newly formed Psi-Tech, and continue their work to this day, operating under government contract...

Using ELF to send subliminal messages or induce sleep on a target have been well-known by scientists.

Why can ELF be used to manipulate people's mind and behavior?

Ron McRae's 1984 book MIND WARS, described research in the 1970's at the Stanford Research Institute on the subject of ELF and mind control.

McRae continued: " Initial results coming out of laboratories in the United States and Canada (show) that certain amplitude and frequency combinations of external electromagnetic radiation in the brain-wave frequency STIMULATING HIGHER-LEVEL NEURONAL STRUCTURES IN THE BRAIN.

This electronic stimulation is known to produce mental changes at a distance, ... Because the power levels are so low, the brain COULD MISTAKE THE OUTSIDE SIGNAL FOR ITS OWN, MIMIC IT (A PROCESS KNOWN AS BIOELECTRIC ENTERTAINMENT), AND RESPOND WHEN IT CHANGES."

The June-July, 1989 issue of the West German scientist publication, RAUM & ZEIT carried an article by Dr. W. Volkrodt, titled: "Can Human Beings Be manipulated By ELF Waves?" The article stated: "The technical principal of receivers for electromagnetic waves is fully analogous with biological information and communications systems. If several thousand of the hundreds of billions of nerve cells in our brain resonate with man-made centimeter waves, the carrier frequency has to be suppressed when the signal is passed on to the synapses."

"To overcome cell membranes, living organisms use electrochemical processes involving sodium and potassium ions. This suppresses the carrier frequency in the high-frequency range just as the demodulation circuit does in man-made receivers. What remains is the signal impressed on the carrier frequency, e.g., in the low frequency ELF range. This is also the frequency range at which our own nervous system normally works."

"Using these frequencies, the nerve fibers convey pain sensations, the feeling of hungry, tiredness, nausea, and signals on the sense of balance to points in the brain which invoke these stages in a awake consciousness."

"A state of disturbed sense of balance, which seems to us to be real, is enough to stop people from being able to run or make them feel dizzy even when they are lying down."

In the 1950's, Nikolia Khokhlov, a Soviet KGB agent defected to the West. In 1976, Khokhlov was asked by the U.S. Government to prepare a report on secret Soviet parapsychology centers. He interviewed a number of scientists who had recently left the Soviet Union.

The 2\5\83 issue of THE SPECTATOR reported - Khokhlov stated: Soviet psychotronic (ELF) weapons "ARE ABLE TO JAM SOMEONE'S THINKING IN THE SAME WAY THAT YOU CAN JAM THE SIGNALS COMING IN FROM A RADIO TRANSMITTER. In simple terms, it means that YOU CAN SCRAMBLE ANYONE'S THINKING PROCESS AND CAN PLANT FEAR AND CONFUSION AT WILL IN THAT PERSON."

When was the EM mind machine incorporated into surveillance station/system?Since 1970s, the mind-control technologies (including electromagnetic wave mind machine & remote electric method) have been incorporated into surveillance systems. It was used to build a "more controlled and directed society." This society would be dominated by an elite group which impresses voters by allegedly superior scientific know-how. The original goals were to use the latest modern techniques for influencing public behavior and keeping society under close surveillance and control. Therefore, this so-called elite group obviously includes the law enforcement officers (LEO) and their operatives. That's because LEO are responsible for the surveillance and control of society.

Technical and scientific momentum would then feed on the situation it exploits, Brzezinski predicted ========== In 1971, House Majority Leader Boggs' speech in Congress confirm that Zbigniew Brzezinski's above message has become true and the involved LEO of surveillance system secretly monitor people's daily lives and liberty.

On April 22, 1971 in Congress, House Majority Leader Boggs warned that "Today, as we in the Congress undertake to recover and restore the people's liberty, we find that it is ourselves who are called to account, ourselves who are under surveillance, ourselves who are prisoners of the power which our silence permitted to come into being." . . . "Mr. Speaker, I submit that 1984 is closer than we think." Also, the above speech shows that the invisible personnel should have been used in surveillance station/system to keep people under close surveillance and control. Thus, "1984 is closer than we think."

Unfortunately, after the invisibility technology, remote electrical method, electromagnetic waves mind machine and mind-control technologies have been used in the surveillance system, the surveillance system's functions have been unlawfully changed. It is not only used to keep the society under close surveillance and control as Zbigniew Brzezinski originally said, but the invisible personnel of surveillance station/system have secretly used the illness/death inducing techniques to unlawfully control everyone's life. Why? After the invisible operatives of surveillance system can carry mind control equipment, mind machine, nonlethal weapons to secretly enter people's home/office, car, boat, plane, etc. they can achieve seven goals which include some unlawful activities or crimes. Also, these crimes are obviously out of our government control.

(1). Invade Americans' privacy by spying on them anywhere: the invisible personnel can secretly enter Americans' homes/mansions, offices/workplace, vehicles, etc. to keep them under close surveillance. (2). To manipulate people's emotional states and behavior control: after they enter people's home, workplace, vehicles, etc., the invisible personnel can fly onto people's heads to manipulate their emotions, behaviors with brain map knowledge and remote electric method (see Part I-B for details on this).

(3). To unlawfully use microwave voice device to drive unaware victims mad and/or to kill: after the invisible personnel secretly fly onto a target's head, they can use mind control technology and equipment (such as microwave voice device - see Part I-A2 for details on it) to drive the unaware victim mad and drive the violent targets to kill others (e.g. 1997 Mississippi school shooting, 1998 Oregon school shooting - see details on Part II-D1, D2).

(4). To unlawfully interrogate a citizen at his home with microwave voice device and mind reading techniques (see details on Part I-B).

(5). To unlawfully induce illness/death on Americans whom the involved police (or agents) dislike: The invisible personnel can use illness/death inducing techniques to unlawfully induce illness/death on any citizen whom the invisible personnel (involved police, agents and recruited operatives) dislike (e.g. former FL Governor Lawton Chiles murder case-see details on Part II-C2, Senator Paul Coverdell murder case-see details on Part II-C3, former President Ronald Reagan's Alzheimer disease-see details on Part II-C1, an expert witness Carlos Ghigliotti murder case - see details on Part II-C4 of my website).

(6). To alter sex pattern: They also can use mind machine to create dream and deliver subliminal message on a target to alter sex pattern in a long period of time. Thus, they can turn their targets' children into a homosexual (either male or female) while their targets' children are still young. This might explain that why there are a lot of gays in the world since US and foreign invisible personnel have secretly manipulate people's behaviors with mind control technologies over several decades. According to John Marks 1979 book THE SEARCH FOR THE MANCHURIAN CANDIDATE, "In a 1953 document, Sid Gottlieb listed subjects he expected Abramson to investigate with the $85,000 the Agency was furnishing him. Gottlieb wanted 'operationally pertinent materials along the following lines: a. Disturbance of Memory; b. Discrediting by Aberrant Behavior; c. Alteration of Sex Patterns; d. Eliciting of Information; e. Suggestibility; f. Creation of Dependence'."

(7). After these invisible personnel enter people's home/office, they can also use carried generators to create strong electromagnetic field on the object, the invisibility technology can cause the object (e.g. document, cash, or a selected person) to become tiny, invisible, the invisible personnel can secretly kidnap a person, and steal cash (or document) away from a victim's home/office, vehicle, etc.

First example, there was a case which had been reported in "Microwave Harassment & Mind control Experimentation" by Julianne McKinney (December 1992).

It states: "In another case, the individual reports that a tremendous amount of money has been stolen from a hiding place in her apartment, within hours after she had withdrawn the money from her bank. There was no obvious signs of entry into her apartment. The police conducted a cursory inquiry which failed to produce evidence of a crime worthy of investigation. (This case is an anomaly. Money is usually not stolen. Documents appear to be the preferred objects of theft, when theft occur.)" Alan Yu note: This case must be true because the victim's bank can show the record and prove to police that a tremendous amount of money had been withdrawn by the victim within a hour. So, how could anyone cause the large amount money (in hidden place) to suddenly disappear in the victim's home without leaving any signs of entry into her apartment? This crime could not be committed by common thief? Why? (1). Because a thief could not know that there was a tremendous amount of money which had been withdrawn from bank to home by the victim. (2). The thief could not know that where the tremendous amount of money was in the victim's home because the victim put it in a hidden place. (3). A common thief could not enter a target's home to steal money from a hidden place within a hour and without leaving signs of entry into the victim's apartment. Thus, it must be caused by local invisible personnel whose work related with bank. Why? If a customer want to withdraw a tremendous amount of money from bank, he need to notify the bank in advanced. Otherwise, the bank would not allow a customer suddenly withdraw a tremendous amount of money. Thus, a banker who is related with invisible personnel could have prior knowledge on it and secretly spy on the customer with invisibility technology to know that where she hide the tremendous amount of money after withdrawing it from bank. Also, by using invisibility technology, the invisible personnel can make the money to become invisible and tiny then take the target's money away without leaving evidence of an intruder. To prevent invisibility technology being exposed, invisible personnel usually will not steal any target's money. However, when an under surveillance target shows a tremendous amount of money (cash) at home, some invisible personnel will take risk to steal it with invisibility technology. Another case happened in Taipei, Taiwan in 2000. According to World Journal (Chinese Newspaper published in NY) report, a accountant (CPA in Taiwan) withdrew cash ten million (NT, it equals US dollar three hundred thousand) to his home in Taipei and put money in the security lock at home. Beside himself, no one else had the key of the security lock However, the whole cash suddenly disappeared after he left home then returned within a hour. The News reported that no signs show that there was other person to enter his home and the cash never can be found by police. The above two cases show that the local invisible personnel of surveillance station/system had monitored above persons for some time. They used invisibility technology to steal these victims' money after these victims left large amount of cash at home and went out for a short period of time. Since invisibility technology is a top secret of involved officers of surveillance station/system, unknowing victims will never know that who stole their money.

Second example, The kidnapped method can be read on Part II-A6, 13, 14 of my website. Thus, this surveillance system has been secretly, unlawfully changed by involved LEO to became a criminal life control surveillance station/system.

After using invisibility technology and illness/death inducing techniques, the involved LEO had unlawfully changed the surveillance system into criminal life control surveillance system. This enable the invisible personnel to unlawfully control everyone's life - these invisible personnel worsen American people's health (who are not associated with them) and unlawfully induce illness/death on American people (who know their crimes, or become a witness to oppose their interests, and whom they dislike) as if natural cause (see details on Part II-C1 C2, C3, C4 of my website); they also use microwave voice device to drive unaware victim mad and/or to kill (see details on Part II-D1, D2 of my website).

According to 1984 House representative Hearing, local business stores owners have cooperated with local LEO to use mind machine & microwave voice device.

The information prove that local LEO have used EM mind machine in surveillance station/system since late of 1970s & recruited business owner/manager as their operatives to use mind machine at the early of 1980s. So, some recruited operatives from local business stores owners/mangers must have been misled and abused by involved LEO as assistants to criminally control local citizens' lives. Why?

The President of the United States is the highest law enforcement officer and yet even he does not have the right to sentence to death any citizen without due process of law, and neither does Congress (or Attorney General). How then could the involved agents and police of surveillance station/system unlawfully claim that the invisible personnel are authorized to kill any citizen!

Obviously, the invisible personnel of surveillance system secretly induce illness/death on any citizen is a crime of murder when inducing death, or a crime of attempted murder when inducing illness.

 

How could I know the EM machine's existence?As early as the 1970s, South China Morning Post (Hong Kong based newspaper) had reported that "an university in the United States had invented a mind (thoughts) machine which can be used to read another person's thoughts. Original purpose of this invention was to help the authority to investigate severe car accidents. It was meant to be used on people who were severely injured (those who had entered into coma) to get their accounts of how the accidents occurred. The CIA find out about this invention and purchased the patent." In the spring of 1984, I was a lieutenant colonel serving in the highest audit center of Taiwan's National Defense Department. At that time, I processed a classified document which indicated the Taiwan Military Police Department had purchased the mind (thoughts) machine from the United States (In Taiwan, its name literally means "Psychological Language Machine" ["xin lee yu yan jee", pronunciation of its name in Chinese]). The document requested funding to purchase parts from U.S. for repairing malfunctioning machines. Before I left Taiwan, this machine had become the most effective equipment for the Taiwan's security & intelligence departments, such as National Security Bureau, Investigation Bureau, Military Intelligence Agency, Military Police Department, Headquarter of Garrison Department, etc. (The Garrison Dept. was a division of Taiwan's Defense Department and controlled Taiwan's polices department. Taiwan was under martial law at that time, so the police force was under military supervision.).

 

Development of mind machine in the U.S.According to books written by US civilian scientists, the electromagnetic mind control research was started by CIA as late as the 1960s. The original goal of this mind control research was to develop methods to control activation of human organism and bodily function with remote electronic method. They were also adapting electrical remote control method BIOELECTRIC sensing method for use in surveillance and interrogation. (Source) THE BODY ELECTRIC by Dr. Robert Becker (1985) ========== The Central Intelligence Agency funded research on electromagnetic mind control at least as early as 1960, when the notorious MKULTRA program, mostly concerned with hypnosis and ..., included money "for adapting bioelectric sensing methods to SURVEILLANCE and INTERROGATION, as well as FOR FINDING TECHNIQUE OF ACTIVATION OF HUMAN ORGANISM by REMOTE ELECTRONIC MEANS." ==========

Earlier electromagnetic mind control experiments relied on implanted electrodes in the test subject's brain to control the subject's emotions and behaviors. As the research progressed, implanted electrodes were no longer necessary. Electromagnetic wave was used (replacing the need of implants) as the mean to influence and control the human brain.

According to involved mind control researcher Delgado's words in 1969, it was apparent to him that they would soon be able to read human thoughts and input thoughts into human mind via electromagnetic waves.

In the early 1970s, they had fulfilled Dr. Delgado's prediction by using electromagnetic energy (EM) to input words into the human mind directly.

(Source) THE BODY ELECTRIC ========== In 1974, they're very strongly interested in the hypnosis-EMR interaction. The experimenter, J. F. Schapitz stated:

The spoken word of the hypnosis may also be conveyed by modulated electromagnetic energy directly into the subconscious parts of the human brain--i.e., without employing any technical device for receiving or transcoding the messages, and without the person exposed to such influence having a chance to control the information input consciously. ==========

The focus in the Schapitz's experiment showed that EM mind machine must have been already invented (before 1974) and can be used to read human mind. That's why they continued the research on how to change the human mind with subliminal message.

This is a simple logical deduction. If they didn't know how to decode brain waves (human brain's electromagnetic activities) to read human mind, how could they encode subliminal message in electromagnetic energy which can be received & understood by human brain? Also, if they didn't already invent EM mind machine to read human mind, how could they know if the subliminal message has changed the targeted person's mind or not?

According a Washington Post articles (18 August 1977), eighty-three organizations were used by CIA to conduct human behavior control research from 1950s-60, including University of Maryland and Georgetown University.

Also, according to Washington Post article (2 Sept. 1977) , Mr. Gottlieb, the director of CIA technical service, destroyed all of CIA's records on mind control program in 1973, and claimed that he had forgotten all of research details and information when he testified to the U.S. Senate in 1977.

All of the above information demonstrate that EM Mind machine has already been invented. Furthermore, I concluded this mind reading machine was invented in 1973 for the following three reasons.

First reason: An insider information about EM mind machine reported by US media.According to the National Enquirer, since 1973, the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) had been sponsoring a program to develop a machine that could "read minds from a distance" by deciphering the brain's magnetic waves. A scientist involved in the program had declared that the ultimate goal of his work was to exercise control over the brain. With the passage of time, it is relative simple to demonstrate why this insider information is true.

Prior to 1977, the CIA mind control program was top secret and classified. Only involved scientists would know about details of the research. During 1977, the MKULTRA and related mind control research programs was exposed to the public. This also prompted the U.S. Senate to conduct open hearing in 1977 on these research (including hearing the testimonies of the CIA director of the MKULTRA and related mind control programs).

Since 1977, the CIA have been forced to de-classified some of their mind control research documents (after being heavily censored). These de-classified documents and investigative reports written on these mind control research show the CIA researchers used electromagnetic wave to change the thoughts of human brain and the research goal was to control the human mind. This is in agreement with what the National Enquirer had reported. Also, this National Enquirer article was published in 1976 which is one year before the CIA mind control research was exposed. Therefore, this proved the National Enquirer had gotten their insider information from involved scientists..

Second reason: In 1973, the microwave voice device has been invented. The involved researchers had developed a method to send spoken words directly into human mind through microwaves frequency wave. The targeted person's brain can directly receive and understand the verbal message (without using his/her ears or aid of any electronic device). Even, if the test subject is deaf, he/she would "hear" the verbal message in his/her mind.This proves that they have developed method to directly communicate with human brain. It also proves that they must also have the ability to read human mind. Otherwise, involved researchers cannot encode words in electromagnetic waves and make human brain decode the electromagnetic wave without the aid of any electronic device.. (Source) THE BODY ELECTRIC ======== In 1973, Dr. Sharp serving as a test subject himself, heard & understood spoken words delivered to him in a echo free chamber via a pulsed-microwave audiogram (an analog of the word's sound vibrations) beamed into his brain. ======== In reality, thoughts are just the voice-less (unspoken words) "language" inside the brains. Language express thoughts with spoken words. When a person think or speak a sentence (e.g., "How are you?"), the electrical representation (electrical impulse) of the thoughts and the speech inside the brain should be the same.

Dr. Sharp's experiment (mentioned above) proved that they could use the microwaves voice device to deliver message (spoken words) into human's brains. Based on the above evidences and logic, then they simply need to reverse the process (translate the electrical impulse inside people's brains into spoken words or thoughts/silent words) in order to read their thoughts.

This is because to deliver a message using microwaves, they must encode spoken words (e.g., "How are you?") into electrical impulses (brain waves) which is interpreted as voices by the brain (e.g., "How are you?). If they use microwaves to deliver this message into your mind, then you can hear the verbal message ("How are you?") whispered in your mind (brain).

The only difference will be that the voices is not "your own voices", but it is as if someone else is speaking ("whisper") in your mind --- Other person's thoughts is delivered into your mind as a verbal message but no voices can be heard through the ears (because it is not transmitted via sound waves).

Then, they certainly can (read) decode the same electrical impulses patterns (your brain waves pattern such as the phrase "how are you?") from human brain into language/words (as "How are you?"). However at this time, your thoughts will show up on computer screen as words (voice-less language) if the collected brain waves are sent to a computer for translation. If they send your brain waves (through the use of brain waves collected device-use microwaves to imitate the brain's electric impulses) directly into another person's brain, then the thoughts would be "whispered" in the other person's mind. In other words, the other person is sharing your thoughts.

So based on the same logic: If they can use microwaves to imitate the brain's electric impulses which describe the language & deliver it to human brain, they must also be able to take similar electric impulses from the brain & translate it into to language/thoughts.

Using this method described above, they should be able to decode as many electrical impulse patterns (brain waves pattern which describe language as thoughts) as they can deliver to the human brains. That mean if they can encode messages (through the use of microwaves), then they can read human thoughts (through the use of microwaves to read the brain waves pattern [electric impulse] then translate it back to languages.).

However the only exception should be that when the brain waves (electric impulse) involved vision (what the eyes see). That's because this visual information encode in brain much like to interpret picture (scene) than thoughts. So that's why the CIA studied human brain waves which describe visual information after 1973 to further refine this machine.

Third reason: After 1974, the CIA mind control research began to focus on brain wave which represents visual information.(Source) "CIA testing EYE-BRAIN LINKS" WASHINGTON POST (25 Sept. 1977) ========== A San Diego Hospital has been conducting experiments for CIA for two years on how the human brain reacts to what the eyes see. The volunteers respond to pictures of faces flashed on screens with each picture evoking a different brain waves pattern. The computer can then determine which pictures are familiar and which are not even if the subject says nothing. The experiments have an accuracy rate was 80 percents so far. At that time, CIA spokesman denied published reports that the $100,000 a year contract with the Hospital & Health Center was to develop a sophisticated Lie-Detector system that electronically probes the brain. He said "The contract we have is not a Lie-Detector thing at all, it's so that we can better understand how the human brain absorbs and processes information.. how the brain interprets visual materials. It's hoped the program will benefit CIA analysis in interpreting photographs and other visual information they have to work with." ==========

I believe that the CIA spokesman was telling the truth when he said that they were not developing a lie detector. It is illogical for a lie detector machine to involve images see through the eyes. Instead, it is more logical that this research was intended to enhance a mind reading device. A device that can help the CIA to see what the other people sees without actually being there.

If CIA didn't already invented the EM mind machines, then they wouldn't need to collect these brain waves patterns on images. If their mind machine use sound waves to read thoughts then they won't need to collect the brain waves associated with vision by electric wires (electronically probes the brain for brain waves associated with visual information). Only if the EM Mind machine had been invented by CIA since 1973, then they would need to collect the brain waves pattern (for visual information) using electric wires (electronically probes the brain for visual information brain waves) to enhance the capabilities of the mind machine..

This type of research is aimed to develop a way to translate the visual brain waves patterns into something people can understand (when using mind machine to read the targeted person's mind). When this is accomplished, agents can read someone else's thoughts regarding visual information (what the targeted person see) remotely without being there to see.

Using this research, it shows they can encode visual information in brain wave. This confirms that the EM mind machine users can use computer to turn picture into visual brain waves. Then, send this brain wave into target's mind as subliminal message (leading the target to reveal information that the operatives are looking for; brainwash the target; and/or induce artificial sex drive for life manipulation purposes).

The experiment of EYE-BRAIN LINKS of CIA also proves the insider information (published in National Enquirer on reading mind) is absolutely true and the ultimate goal of mind machine program is to exercise control over the brain.

Well said, but what if i just buy a fly swatter to swat the tiny people? Maybe you are using the term tiny people instead of miniature nano device cameras and wiretaps, as well as nano sensors - something like those used in houses for alarm systems? I never read the book by mr. Begich. I do think however that miniature people idea is so farfetched that the credibilty of your post was blown away by that concept. Other than the tiny people i think your article may hold some truth. Very scary to think that anyone would have that kind of evil intention. Targeted individuals everywhere know too well of the effects of the devices. I would like to know if there is astrong enough jammer to counter the effects of the brain mod/demod modem. Modems can be blocked, right? Well, Mr. Yu, i respect your opinions on this subject - maybe i will look into the possible ways to jam the signals. I have even thought of spraying spider man bath foam on my walls and around the door jam areas in order to stop the transmitters. Then, i have an idea from a retired army soldier to place grounding wires onto a mylar sheet, run the wires to a grounding rod placed 3 ft deep in the ground. Havent tried yet. . But doesnt it seem better to locate the areas of the house that a ti is being targeted in, and remove the transmitters altogether, rather than "put up" with all that brain wave torture? I realize they have cameras to see into houses etc. thermal imaging, but, this emf weaponry is terrible. There has to be something that can stop these devices, other than busting their doors down - if they are law enforcement they would probably shoot. Nevermind, they would know you are coming over to beat them up by the brain wave thing, this brain wave machine was developed i think to protect them, to predict the moves of victims so they can bully people better and get away with it.
