Today's Helpful Hint: When giving a workshop on EFT, it is essential that each member of the audience get their own personal "AHA." By that I mean each person should experience an improvement on at least one issue for themselves. That's why I usually do group tapping for (1) chocolate cravings, (2) physical discomforts and (3) a bothersome memory. Most people get results on all 3 and hardly anyone leaves without at least one impressive result.
