Guest guest
James- Here is my suggestion for lower back pain, meridian stretching. This will also increase your circulation. http://www.shiatsu-yoseido.com/meridians.php I do the first 2 stretches every morning and night (about 5-10 minutes) and then I try to do the whole set 1-2 times a week. I never really had bad lower back problems, but my lower back would be a little sore after playing hockey. I have to say that after doing these stretches everyday, my whole posture has changed. My lower back never gets sore after playing hockey now. Some of the stretches are difficult but you do not have to do them 100% correct for it to be effective. Concentrate on breathing and feeling your energy flow throughout your body. I could go on and on about this regimen but I need to get to work. Let me know if you or anyone else for that matter have any questions on this. Have a great day.
