Guest guest
Hey! Thanks for the update and the recipe. I'm also cc'ing this to my Herbal Remedies list as it sounds delicious. http://health.herbal remedies/ I'm not a big proponent of soy though due to the GMO factor. Could the soy be substituted with organic Almond Milk or Rice Milk???? Guest guest
Could someone tell me what would be the best remedy to use or where to find the information for a constant domestic stressful situation? For example, homeopathic, herbal, flower essences, aromatherapy (I have lavender) etc... TIA Denise www.bestdogcookies.com

Guest guest
Hi Denise - my favorites are lavender - essential oil or fresh or dried lavender - and yoga. Some people have great results with flower essences, but I haven't found them to do much for me. With those, I think you just need to look at all the companies out there and read to see what strikes you as a good fit. Can you tell us more? What I really want to write - and looks like I am! - is the best remedy is ... get out. Constant stress is seriously harmful to your physical and mental health. The body can't take that constant hit of stress overload. That is why I'd recommend getting out to a good yoga class, at least. It will remove you from that stress for that hour-plus and give your body a nice anti-stress work out. Take care; by the way I looked at your site, and it's great. I have 3 dogs and am always on the look out for healthy treats for them. I'll be trying some soon.
