Guest guest
http://www.wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=55403 The FDA is about to promulgate* a rule whereby all natural supplements and substances, including water in some cases, will become regulated drugs which you will be able to obtain only by prescription from an allopathic doctor (an M. D.) This is quite an emergency. We need to call our Congresspersons and Senators quickly to stop this--and it absolutely has to be stopped. All individual choice and natural treatment options will be gone. The supplement industry that some of us depend on for our health could go out of business almost overnight. You can get contact info for your Reps. and Senators at www.house.gov and www.senate.gov. Even if the rule goes into effect, Congress can pass a law overturning it at any time, so it's still very much worth contacting your representatives in Washington. I tested the link below, so if it does not work, please go to the WND page--worldnetdaily.com (or wnd.com) I knew that the FDA--whose existence is unconstitutional in the first place--would eventually try this exact, disastrous power grab, and the day is here. I strongly urge all freedom-loving Americans to tell their represenatives in Washington immediately, in no uncertain terms, to stop this before it goes any further. Thanks so much, Scott Darby *Promulgation (of administrative rules): an unconstitutional process where Congress long ago illegally delegated its lawmaking power to executive branch agencies, such as the FDA, which issue regulations having the force of law. The legislative power was granted to Congress in the Constitution, not the Executive Branch, which the FDA is a part of.
