Guest guest
Several health care practitioners have told me to drink warm water with the juice of one lemon squeezed into it, maple syrup and cayenne pepper first thing in the morning. This cleanses the liver and the plaque from the arteries. I passed this information along to someone on another list. She wanted to know if limes could be substituted, as they are often much cheaper tham lemons where she lives. Also, she uses honey instead of maple syrup. Is that acceptable? Why or why not? Guest guest
http://healthandlight.com/TheMasterCleanse.pdf that should answer most of your questions about it. Otherwise I suggest doing a search of www.curezone.com to their forum No You can't substitute honey. The only alternative offered is Blackstrap Molasses for Diabetics. It's vitamin content is very different. It is more than just a sweetener. It provides valuable nutrients. I think you can use limes instead of lemons but the results wont be as effective.
