Guest guest Report post Posted January 16, 2007 I don't know this particular enzyme formula, but in general, proteolytic enzymes or any enzyme blend taken with and between meals is a huge thumbs up for any auto-immune disease. I routinely take digestive enzymes with meals, but every now and then I slack off and forget. I can tell when I have forgotten them too often because my joints start to feel stiff, especially in damp cold weather. We don't give enough thanks for the miseries we are NOT enduring as a result of all the healthy things we do!
