Poem for Peace in Many Voices

 

Penn Kemp's " Poem for Peace in Two Voices " was written for

Convergence: Poems for Peace, the League of Canadian Poets:

www.poets.ca. Translated into French, Sesotho, Spanish, and

Portuguese, it appears in Convergence: Poets for Peace, Penumbra

Press. The " Poem for Peace " was presented to Hon. Maria Minna at the

House of Commons in Ottawa as a sound poem performed by Penn Kemp and

Colin Morton.

 

From its beginning two years ago Poem for Peace has grown into a

presentation now in more than 90 languages involving many translators,

readers, performers. And we're happy to host the audio files and the

streaming audio presentation.
