Guest guest
Estrogen dominance is the cause of breast cancer. Using Progesterone cream from the health food store or a bio-identical cream will bring your hormones back into balance. Do not use synthetic hormones as that will make matters worse. Suzanne Sommers treated her breast cancer naturally. She was taking an injection of a natural substance made from mistletoe for hers. Check that out. She knows a lot about hormones and how they affect us. Claudia
Guest guest
Fruit of the paw-paw, and graviola berries both work against cancer as well. You can also supplement with bromelain, curcumin, and then your pancreatic supplements. Needless to say, you are doing quite well now. The fruits and vegs, if eaten mostly raw, perhaps a minimum of cooking sometimes, will help to digest themselves with the enzymes already present in them. But pancreatic supplements will assure their digestion, as well as putting the enzymes into the blood stream that digest proteins that happen to be there. Most of the things that help to digest protein, when in the blood stream will be taken to cancer cells as well (in the blood or elsewhere, or even just present in form of tumors) where they destroy the protein coating around the cell. I'm not sure whether or not they all act like the b17 but the things I've mentioned all do that to a degree as well as having other nutritional actions. I don't know how anybody can " heal " and compromise their immune system, which is what AMA advises you to do. Many of the statistics that reflect on healing through the AMA methods are forced statistics. Truth of the matter is, many people live just as long with the cancer as what they do when the AMA favored methods are used. ANd many people live longer using the methods that are being used by you. Guest guest
Yes, estrogen dominance is part of the cause of breast cancer, but B6 deficiency is why estrogen dominance comes into the picture. It takes adequate levels of B6 for the liver to break down estrogen, and it is estrogen that " wakes up " the cancer cells. If you take B6 be sure it is a whole food vitamin B6, not a synthetic, as probably 75% of the vitamins even at health food stores are synthetic, and not good for the body. Remember, the seeds of most fruits contain B17 (except citrus), so eating apples including the seeds, apricot kernels and peach kernels can be helpful. The cyanide in the laetrile and the seeds breaks through the outer shell of the cancer and then the chymotrypsin (which is a pancreatic enzyme people with cancer seem to be missing) that is in the laetrile/seeds puts the cancer to sleep, allowing the body's defenses to break down the cancer cells. Basically, according to research done by Dr. Ernest T. Krebs in the 1950s, cancer is trophoblast cells which have been deposited throughout the body awakening due to excess estrogen and lack of chymotrypsin in the body. I, personally, believe there is an emotional state that trigger the body to stop chymotrypsin production and increase estrogen effect that also has to be dealt with to help maintain health once you destroy the cancer. Guest guest
Good post. The lack of the chymotrypsin may well be because of the harsh treatment given the pancreas that we subject it to with our diets over the course of the years leading to the cancer. Everything all hangs together but it all starts with proper nutrition. Guest guest
Hi Kat I am aware of the progesterone cream. Also Suzanne Somers is taking the mistletoe and it is called Iscador. The B6 is an angle I did not know about, so am taking supplements with that and it is also in this group of stuff called American Longevity which I am taking. They also have oxygenator formula which took three days of taking and pain is gone. Poof! I appreciate everyone’s response to giving me ideas and believe me nothing you tell me goes to waste. I read every single thing everyone tells me and I have put stuff on a list to get. I went to a friend’s house today and she was showing me magnetic therapy and I am buying a magnetic pad for my bed and also a thingy that magnetizes the water. I am so charged up right now I gotta go clean house. Guest guest
There are many techniques for helping to stabilize emotions which lead to illness. One thing that can make a huge difference is removing sugar (and all artificial sweeteners) from the diet. Sugar is a major contributor to depression. The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) that Dr. Mercola has posted at his website ( http://www.mercola.com/forms/eftcourse.htm ), which can be downloaded for free, can be a great tool. Also Bach Flowers are awesome at treating emotional imbalances, which in turn help with physical issues. (I've only recently been working with the Bach Flowers, and have seen some amazing things.) There is a book I recommend frequently to people, " Feelings Buried Alive Never Die... " by Karol Kuhn Truman, which is an awesome tool a person can use in clearing negative emotions. There are also a number of other things that can help clear emotional imbalances including exercise, sunshine, Neuro Emotional Technique, and many more I'm sure I am not aware of. I personally work with Total Body Modification and Natural Healing, two techniques that deal with getting the body's communication system back online and systematically balance all the organs. They both have a number of techniques for dealing with emotional imbalances as well. The best thing you can do for yourself is to be proactive in your own health. Make a list of reasons why you want to live. Read it every day. Drink a lot of water (when ill make it a quart of water per 50 pounds of body weight plus two quarts; if not on medications and in generally good health, a quart per 50 pounds of body weight plus one quart) every day. Water is one of the greatest tools for helping your body rid itself of toxins. Diet is very important to your emotional well-being too. Whole foods, raw fruits and vegetables and (some people will strongly disagree with me here, but I'm going to say it anyway, because I have seen the magic of it) red meat. Eating a healthy, nutritional diet keeps your blood sugar in line, helping to prevent depression. Become proactive in your own health care. Guest guest
Kat The book, Feelings Buried Deep Never Dies resonated with me. I am ordering that ASAP. I am doing the natural diet but have to pass on red meat as they are injected with bovine hormones which affects breast cancer. The hormones actually help the cancer to grow. so far body is detoxifying bigtime and I can see my eyes really clearing up and the whites are getting very white and sparkly. Guest guest
June, I understand your wanting to pass on the red meat...but if you wanted to use organic red meat you don't get the hormones. It is terrible what has happened to our food supply. The big thing with red meat is that it the L-methionine that is in the red meat is an amino acid that helps the liver to breakdown and metabolize all the other proteins and carbohydrates. Unfortunately, in the early '80s, when my kids were toddlers, I bought into the propaganda about red meat being bad for you. I kept my family off red meat pretty much completely till 2002, when my daughter wound up with environmental illness (was allergic to everything). Since then I have learned the important role of red meat in the diet, in helping keeping the liver up and doing its job of detoxing the body. Interestingly, since then just about everyone I have worked with who is suffering from EI has severely limited or eliminated red meat from their diet. Unless you clear the allergies, it can be a catch 22 situation - you need the red meat to clear the toxins and metabolize food properly, and prevent allergies and sensitivities, but people who have been completely off red meat for a long period of time may have sensitivities to the red meat itself that need to be cleared before they can eat the red meat. I do understand your concern. And the Feelings book is absolutely awesome. It can help you take control of your life and your health. Be well. Guest guest
for now I have to stay off meats. If you were ever to get a hold of Dr. Lorraine Days videos she cured herself of cancer and advocated a very strict diet of fresh fruits and veggies. Guest guest
Like I said, I knew that there would be strong opinions regarding red meat, but I also know that for most people, lack of it in their diet is detrimental. Our ancestors were nomads. Nomads could not carry crops with them, but their animals were always with them. Like it or not, because the animals were always available as a source of food, our ancestors " married " us to the animal kingdom. If you take L-methionine in a pill form in order to avoid animal flesh, you must take it, to have your body utilize it properly, every single time you eat anything. You have a snack, you must take a pill. You eat a meal, you must take a pill. You decide to drink some juice, you must take a pill. If you feel that is the route you must go, go it, just realize you must go it all the way. You say, " I do know that many people I have known have died from cancer primarily from eating meat. " Now, that is a pretty subjective statement. Exactly how was this conclusion reached? Someone said it, so it is so? If people are dying from cancer because they eat red meat...why is it that two to three generations ago, when red meat was a very important part of our diet, cancer was almost unheard of? Things have changed in our society. We have processed foods, new in the last couple of generations, foods with preservatives and with most enzymes removed in order to increase shelf life, making them nearly devoid of nutrition. We have " fake fats " and " fake sugars " - things the human body has never encountered before. Red meat is not the enemy. I know it, I bought into it being the enemy for a very long time. My daughter's health suffered severely because of it. Get the whole truth on vegetarianism/veganism before you buy in hook, line and sinker. Read both sides carefully. What you don't know may kill you. Read here http://www.westonaprice.org/tour/vegtourindex.html When it comes to the healing work I do, when I get the body back online, get the lines of communication back up and functioning and get the organs balanced, if the person I am working on eats a proper diet, including fresh fruits and vegetables, red meats and drinking water (and lots of it), the health is maintained, but if they refuse to eat the meat, or don't maintain the water intake, they are much more apt to fall back into ill health. If you do what you've always done, you'll get the same results you've always had. Unless you clear the allergies, it can be acatch 22 situation - you need the red meat to clear the toxins andmetabolize food properly, and prevent allergies and sensitivities, butpeople who have been completely off red meat for a long period of timemay have sensitivities to the red meat itself that need to be clearedbefore they can eat the red meat.I do understand your concern. Guest guest
I'm glad things are looking better for you June. It sounds like you have done a complete change of your diet, and hopefully you are drinking a lot of water. You do, if you have been eating red meat avidly for years, have a store of protein, and you will not notice a decline in health right away if you cut the meats from your diet. Your protein stores can take up to 7 years to be depleted. Past that 7 years, if your body cannot deal with the vegetarian lifestyle, a decline in health is inevitable. I've seen it. I do holistic health care, and I use reflex muscle testing to do my work. I ask the body what it needs. If the body does not need the red meat when I test for red meat it will tell me. It also lets me know just how much it wants. I don't know how familiar you are with reflex muscle testing, but it is an awesome tool when you know how to utilize it properly. One simple test that lets me know if a person who is a vegetarian can actually healthily handle that lifestyle is to check for a protein utilization problem - I simply pinch a few strands of hair between my fingers. If a strong muscle goes weak when I test that, I know there is a protein utilization problem. Most vegetarians go weak when you do that test. If they don't, perhaps they can live healthily on a vegetarian diet. I see a lot of environmental illness and fibromyalgia, and I see huge changes in those illnesses when the meats are reintroduced into the diet, after getting the communication system back online and getting the organs balanced. I also have worked with cancers, and when the body is turned on and working right, utilizing the tools it has to return to health, the meat proteins provide support. It is not red meat alone that does the job, but your fresh, raw fruits and vegetables and water, as well as avoidance of the processed, nutrient-devoid foods and excess grains. And the emotional state has a lot to do with clearing the illness and maintaining health. If you are not in a good emotional state, you are at much greater risk of having return of the cancer, regardless of your nutritional status. Guest guest
Kat, I am " O " + blood group, and if I do not eat red meat for over four days, I go into Protein starvation - shakes, a feeling of just not being in touch with things, fuzzy thinking, and a general sense of debility. Where did the 7 years supply of protein come from, when every cell except for bone and blood in our body is dependent on protein input for propogation and balance of health? Guest guest
Dear June, Meat can be highly acidic-aggravating in the diet and will feed an already imbalanced acidic pH that typifies cancer down in the 4.5-5.0 range; this pH range is 100-500 times more acidic than is healthy for your cells. Cleansing diets can help with alkalinizing. Research says that there are specific enzyme switches turning cancers " on " and " off " at certain pH ranges, and acidic pH conditions seem to be part of the promoting mechanism that activates the cancer condition. You need to shift your pH away from the excessively acidic levels. Vegetarian diets tend to be more alkalinizing in the system depending on what you eat since the vegetable products, for example, have high concentrations of three macro minerals needed for alkalinizing your system--calcium, magnesium and potassium. neil At 6:47 PM -0700 6/18/05, june1 wrote: Hi Kat I was a very avid meat eater until 3 weeks ago when diagnosed with locall recurring cancer. Guest guest
Seven years is the maximum time it takes to deplete all protein stores. If you don't have a store of protein, obviously it can take less time. The seven years comes from guidelines in TBM, one of the disciplines I work with and I am not positive where they came up with that number, though I know they thoroughly research everything before they pass the information on to their practitioners. As for getting the shakes and feeling protein starvation after four days without red meat, I'm not saying that you don't need the red meat - in fact you've probably tuned into your body well enough that it knows when it sends you signals that you need the red meat you listen to it and eat it. What I am saying, is that when a person decides to change to a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle and their body cannot handle such, that at first they may feel like they are healthy and doing well, but there is a slow slide that starts, and by about 7 years into the lifestyle, they will start to see more and more health issues beginning. Guest guest
Hi Kat I am going to a Wellness Center in St. George, Utah and I am muscled tested continually. I am taking lots of herbs and vitamins and I mean lots and also laetrile(B17). I also use the rife Generator which I have 2 at home. Also the Eat Right For Your Blood type said no red meats for my blood type but I can have fish, chicken and turkey and even snails! Possibly you should watch Dr. Lorraine Day's videos. When you are on a cure for cancer the most important thing to do is detoxify and oxidize which I am doing big time. She cured herself of cancer. One thing I have noticed, Arthritis is not bothering me at all anymore so there is something to this fresh foods diet. Muscle testing I forgot to bring up and that is no to beef, pork and lamb. So my body knows what is best. I enjoy conversing with you and thank you for your caring and sharing. Not meaning to argue with you, just stating facts. but I highly recommend the Eat Right For Your Blood Type, it is really enlightening and I have to sob when it says no tomatoes or bananas for me. Guest guest
Hi June, It's interesting you're in St. George. The source of TBM is also in St. George, though he does not generally see patients anymore. Dr. Victor Frank mostly just does classes teaching practitioners the TBM techniques. One caution with muscle testing is that if the energies of the practitioner and the patient are not separated, the beliefs of the practitioner can be superimposed on the patient as well. Also, a practitioner can actually get reads on themselves on the patients if they do not keep their energies separate. Violet is a cleansing color. A practitioner wearing violet on their wrists (completely encircling) helps to separate their energy from the patients, making sure that their own beliefs and their own health issues are not reflected in the answers they get when working with the patient. It does sound like you have found a source of good information for a lot of help in your healing. The laetrile is a good thing, but it is my understanding that true laetrile cannot be obtained in the US, though apricot kernels are a good source for it (as are the seeds of most all fruits, except citrus). I wonder if some of the herbs are the ones in the Essiac tea, which is a combination of 8 herbs (though many brands have cut it to 4, the original formal was 8). Essiac is also well-known for it's cancer clearing effects. So do you live in St. George? I live in Salt Lake. I can understand energies being mixed and will be muscle tested by another. I am glad you mentioned that as I was really surprised at some of the things that my body said no to. so will redo this muscle testing. Thank you for this one. I live in Mesquite, Nevada about 35 miles from St. George, Utah. June - "Kat" <js_kat Monday, June 20, 2005 9:58 AM Re: Notes from June Hi June,It's interesting you're in St. George. The source of TBM is also inSt. George, though he does not generally see patients anymore. Dr.Victor Frank mostly just does classes teaching practitioners the TBMtechniques. One caution with muscle testing is that if the energies of thepractitioner and the patient are not separated, the beliefs of thepractitioner can be superimposed on the patient as well. Also, apractitioner can actually get reads on themselves on the patients ifthey do not keep their energies separate. Violet is a cleansingcolor. A practitioner wearing violet on their wrists (completelyencircling) helps to separate their energy from the patients, makingsure that their own beliefs and their own health issues are notreflected in the answers they get when working with the patient. It does sound like you have found a source of good information for alot of help in your healing. The laetrile is a good thing, but it ismy understanding that true laetrile cannot be obtained in the US,though apricot kernels are a good source for it (as are the seeds ofmost all fruits, except citrus). I wonder if some of the herbs arethe ones in the Essiac tea, which is a combination of 8 herbs (thoughmany brands have cut it to 4, the original formal was 8). Essiac isalso well-known for it's cancer clearing effects. So do you live in St. George? I live in Salt Lake.Kat , "june1" <june1@m...> wrote:> Hi Kat> I am going to a Wellness Center in St. George, Utah and I am muscledtested continually.
