Guest guest Posted January 2, 2007 Report Share Posted January 2, 2007 I read many years ago, that to lower blood pressure naturally if you would stare into a fish tank (watching the fish) for 30 minutes a day it would lower your blood pressure. This works because you are relaxing and destressing as you watch. Also meditation for 40 minutes everyday is known to do the same. I was also told by a French gentleman I met once that 1 glass a day of red wine is also known to lower blood pressure. No more than 1 though.
