Guest guest
*********Jenny, I very impressed with the list of books you suggestion, but confused by your statement about using a " microwave " ??? I threw mine out over 6 yrs ago....why be so careful by eating all the right things, yet you still cook or use a microwave? Doesn't that defeat your healthy choices? Not trying to be a smart ass, but that one threw me?? ********BTW, " Just Like Sugar " can be bought in bulk for baking..... Guest guest
Microwave? Why don't I get rid of it....because I just don't. I don't cook so to speak in it anymore, basically use it to heat water or the kids use it for reheating. I have to admit it's an addiction in our house. When I say I've used it to cook with....I mean years ago when I had my old Radar Range oven. Guest guest
Somewhere on the Internet there's an animated video which demonstrates the incredibly unnatural state that microwaves leave water molecules in. This is because of the polar nature of the water molecule. If I was an " energy sensitive " or believed in ChiGong, Reiki or anything like that, I would stay as far away from the unnatural violence a microwave inflicts upon everything its energies pass through as possible. AC-generated microwaves do not occur in any form in nature. I now limit eating out because I know that most dishes have had some part of them put through a microwave at some point before being plated. There's a good reason the USSR banned all microwave use in the 1970s.the only reason that won't happen in the US is because of the " hand-off " system when it comes to " free commerce. " Or that a 1989 issue of the Lancet said to NEVER microwave any milk for a baby because of the resulting neurotoxic and kidney toxic effects of one of the proteins which becomes toxic after microwaving. Food for thought. -Dave _____ Dave Saunders, NC, DNEH Certified Nutritional Educator and Wellness Coach, ANA Member of the American International Association of Nutritional Education (AIANE) For nutrition and wellness info from a true educator, visit <http://www.glycowellness.com> www.glycowellness.com _____ On Behalf Of Jenny Kernan Saturday, December 30, 2006 2:44 AM Re: artifical sweetners - Now what to cook?::reply:: Microwave?
