Guest guest
A friend of mine had a plant that looked a little bit like cauliflower that some people from a monastery gave her. They told her it was snow lotus and came from Tibet.Every day she would put milk over the plant and it would grow and the milk would get thick and stickyish like yoghurt. She would then drink the milk ,wash the plant and give it fresh milk. Her plant has since died and so have the ones in the monastery and she has been told the plant is now endangered and protected and she cant get any more.Could snow lotus possibly be another name for kefir? Do you know of anybody in Australia that has either plant.I would love to get some.I think I heard once upon a time that kefir comes in grain and plant form and the plant is the better one to have? If anybody has any idea your help would be much appreciated. Nicole
