Guest guest
Hey- I now have two girls, but it took me years to get and stay pregnant with them both. To get pregnant both my husband and I took something called L-arginine. You could probably find a lot of information about it on the internet- but it's really good for so many things! Royal Jelly is also something good to take. Also I had regular adjustments from a good chiropractor that did techniques called S.O.T., Logan basic, and Activator. If you can find one who does S.O.T. alone it will make a difference! As soon as I knew I was pregnant I started using natural progesterone cream. Not the type your dr. gives you! You have to get it from a good nutrition store. If you are interested in which brand I felt worked the best e-mail me and I can tell you. With my second I started bleeding and got worried and my chiropractor told me to do a castor oil pack. Basically I got cold pressed castor oil and poured it on folded up unbleached muslin (the size of your lower stomach area) and then rolled saran wrap around my waist until all the muslin was covered. I layed a towel on the couch and layed on my back for an hour. It looks kind of rediculous, but I had to do it twice and both times the bleeding stopped immediately. Good luck to anybody out there trying to get or worried about staying pregnant- it's good that you are looking into natural ways of doing things. I tried fertility drugs and ended up a hormonal mess and it didn't do anything! I will admit- my husband is a chiropractic student- so I really advocate chiropractic work-but if you can find a good one it will help tons! Guest guest
Neat! I am putting that castor oil tip in my files, in case one runs into someone who needs it.

Have you ever heard of chiropractic care? A chiropractor is a doctor who treats someone without drugs or surgeries. They use adjustments to the body (mostly the spine) and nutritional support to help heal and prevent disease. If you want more information please feel free to ask- I'm always happy to tell people how good chiropractic work is! Whitney
