What all would help?

I've put on a Tiger's eye chip bracelet and a Peridot necklace and

made up an essence bottle with Blue Tiger's eye, Sodalite and Topaz.

Anything else?

I also want to lose the extra weight that's piled on.

Many thanks,

Muriel

Not rocks, but might look into dessicated liver to give it a boost of

what it needs. Do you already detox to draw out what might be putting

it out of kilter? Hope you get back on track soon!

Dessicated liver?? Never heard of it, don't know if we have it here.

Hate to say it, but I loathe liver. What does liver have that the

thyroid needs? I thought it was kelp I needed and am taking that.

Also Spirulina and Himalayan rock salt which both have a cleansing

effect. Looks like more to learn.......

Kelp is great for the Thyroid as is Spirulina.....and rock salt. Someday you

may want to check into a west coast co called www.Wachters.com as they make a

Sea Vegetable tablet made of 15 different sea vegetables including kelp....they

are red, yellow, brown, green and blue green sea vegetables....Kelp is a brown

and Spirulina a blue-green.

Cheers,

Dawn
