The ayurvedic practitioners, the Vaidya, have a more detailed study of what qualities the different oils offer when used in oil pulling, they do serve different purposes but personally I used organic sesame oil just once, as it sent me back into BPPV and the inconvenience of this is too restricting to pursue unless I have a week off work.

Oil pulling is a practice taken from Ayurvedic medicine that involves swishing, or

pulling, unrefined oil in your mouth for several minutes. The modern adaptation of
