Hi everyone, my name is Samantha and I'm new to using crystals for

their healing properties. Does anyone know of any crystals or stones

that help with regulating the menstrual cycle? Thanks!

For any kind of menstrual problems and cramps, I would definitely

recommend any of the following:

Moonstone

Morganite

Serpentine

Chrysocolla

Carnelian

I also use any of the red Garnets for regulating blood flow during my

period, so that it's not too uneven. If you're wanting to regulate

the cycle, then your focus needs to be on the sacral and base chakras

-- Red Jasper, Labradorite and Jet are also effective in these areas.

In addition, Rose Quartz and Amethyst are wonderful soothers and help

with pain relief.

I have used all the above in various combinations and have found them

to be incredibly helpful. Good luck!

Blessings,

Heather

For regulating I would use crystals that stimulate the pituitary gland...and I

would recommend iolite with its high magnesium content that is at a low ebb

during the cycle and could use a boost. Also garnet is a great suggestion and

load-stone as well to boost the iron flow in the body...which regulates blood

flow....and brings the energy down to the base and sacral chakra and not out the

head....so iolite under the pillow at night.....garnet all day.

Hi Samantha!

Let's not forget one of the obvious to use to regulate and stabilize blood flow:

bloodstone! It's good for eliminating toxins too!

I've been using it as part of a pain easing pouch to ease pain from dental work

I've had done.

Plenty of good choices to use singly or in combination.

To help Regulate:

Hi,

I'm pretty new to crystals as well, but I've purchased a kunzite pendant and its been really good for releasing tension and its very calming stone. I'm also looking for a stone to help with restoring menstrual cycle and lower testosterone levels. Any suggestions which crystals would help with managing these PCOS symptoms?

I have to mention i'm very sensitive to energy change and that might come from being a very intuitive person.
