I have heard some have had their psoriasis clear up a lot after colon hydrotherapy sessions. I hope and pray that you find what works for you.

www.taylor-jackson.co.ukMy advice would be to try this before you try anything else, the only thing that is remotely as effective for psoriasis is kalawalla, which is also very good for vitiligo, arthritis or most auto immune illnesses.Kalawalla takes at least six months to be effective but is also an excellent product. www.organichope.com

It is available from a number of sources;

Info:

"Mahonia aquifolium: finally an answer for psoriasis sufferersA product that is showing great signs of success with thousands of sufferers, is made from an extract of mahonia aquifolium (also known as the Oregon grape). In 1995, researchers in 89 dermatology practices through Germany put mahonia aquifolium to the test, using 433 patients who suffered from chronic psoriasis. Over the course of 12 weeks, the dermatologists reported that symptoms improved or completely disappeared in 81 percent of the patients.

There are a number of products based on mahonia aquifolium, marketed under the brand name of M-Folia. Most useful for psoriasis suffers are the cream and ointment preparations. Both contain the same strength of mahonia aquifolium (10 percent extract). Ointment tends to penetrate the skin a little better and creates a protective film over irritated skin. But it also can rub off on clothing and make the skin appear greasy. The cream is more quickly and completely absorbed into the skin. Many find the ideal solution is to use the cream during the day and the ointment at night.Because psoriasis frequently affects the scalp, the M-folia product line also includes a shampoo, conditioner, and scalp oil. Finally, because many psoriasis sufferers find that moderate sun exposure offers some benefit, there is an M-folia sunscreen, which can help maximize the healing effects of the sun, while protecting the skin from aging and from potentially cancer-forming ultraviolet rays."

Yes, this is also a good product,

especially the tablets. Thanks for mentioning it. The only reservation I

have is the base lotion ingredients. If it contains parabens, which I

suspect it might, then for those fighting disease it may not be wise to put

this on the skin. Parabens can mimic estrogen. Also watch out for

petroleum products in lotions. The tablets would probably be a better

choice even though they have binders and fillers. Also, remember that

putting on a topical cream is not going to get to the root of the concern even

though it may alleviate the symptoms so be sure to use the tablets along with

cleansing, healthy diet, etc.

I have PA ( Psoriatic Arthritis) and this web group has the best info on all types of Psoriasis. I've only had one major flair which had me on crutches for a week but I used diet and that alone to overcome it.

It has great research info also. You will greatly enjoy it. Edith

With regard to the ingredients of these products, the reallity is people want relief from their symptoms,if they are going to worry about every ingredient in a product they may never try it.There is a place for a lot of conventional medical additives as well as natural.

natural products can also have adverse side effects for some individuals,This product definately works I have seen amazing results over a 10 year period better than any other method tried. The results are long lasting and in some cases have lasted years without re-using the medication but I would advise topping up with the pill form every couple of weeks for a 7 day period or so, as psoriasis comes from within. If you want relief from psoriasis and you are not allergic to any of the ingredients this is the best product for you, alternatively try kalawalla.

oleander while being excellent in treating the symptoms of cancer and possibly other ailments does not even come close with regard to these products for psoriasis,we have tried it.

Hope this helps

Hello,

Dr Loretta has given a great protocol here. Getting someone else to do

it may not happen. If this is a problem, go with the simple things.

--topical and internal coconut oil (you don't notice it as much if you

stir it into chilled yogurt as it makes tiny bubbles that melt adding

interest to the yogurt but not oiliness)

--Vitimin A & D caps in large doses--1or 2 every 4 hours perhaps

--Cod liver oil (caps are easier but you can't tell if they're

rancid)--1 every 4 hours perhaps

--possibly some enzymes to help with the oil and liver (all inherent in

Dr. Loretta's protocol)

Every one's body is different. Skin issues are rarely cured from the

outside unless it's a fungus or bacteria at the cause. Even then,

there's likely an underlying deficiency creating opportunity for the

pathogen.

Does she take Vitamin C? She could be a prime candidate for those

EmergenC packets. Now also makes them, often with more ingredients than

the Alacer brand. Might provide more hydration and enough C to thicken

capillary walls a bit--as well as electrolytes.

Homeopathics are marvelous but when they fail to work because of

improper prescribing, the person with the problem has way less

confidence in your information and experience. (placebo effect IS

important) If caffeine and strong chemicals (essential oils, cleaning

products) are used homeopathics can be rendered ineffective easily.

Does anyone know if colloidal silver interferes with homeopathics?

Coconut oil won't entirely heal the problem but it will help. IMO the

cod liver oil will entirely heal it but if the liver is clogged it may

take longer and much larger doses than the person in need is willing to

submit to--especially if they have gallbladder issues.

Do let us know what she actually does and how it worked, please.

Most

skin issues come

about because of the body trying to detoxify from an oaver-abundance of

toxins.

If possibly, it would be to her benefit to perform several

liver/gallbladder

and digestive tract cleanses along with a parasite cleanse (can be

started

after her first liver/gallbladder cleanse). While cleansing she needs

to be on

a very healthy diet. She can also try massaging a tiny bit of castor

oil over

the liver area after each bath or shower. I would also treat for yeast

which

would include oregano oil, colloidal silver, Laktoferrin+colostrum

and the

elimination of refined sugar and flour. Try to get 30-40 minutes of

sun every

day, before 10:00 AM or after 3:00 PM on the skin area. De-stress.

Many people

experience outbreaks after an infection or illnes or after very

stressful

events in their lives. EFT would be good. Essiac Tea is another good

idea.

She can try unrefined coconut oil on the affected skin or AloeCalm

lotion

which includes 70% organic aloe along with MSM. There are no toxic

preservatives in this lotion and many are telling us they are getting

good

results for skin issues and are also using for a great after-sun

lotion. My dh

uses it for some eczema that he has had for a long time and it seems to

be

improving more than we have ever seen.

Freshly

juice the

following 2x’s daily.

Dr. Lanphier’s Cleansing Juice

(All vegetables should be organic or locally grown without

pesticides/herbicides.)

½

beet with leaves

¼ red cabbage

2

stalks of celery

Small bit of broccoli

2

Tablespoons of Udo’s

Oil

2 Tablespoons Quatum Greens Complete

½ Dropperful of LivaPure

Mix together and drink immediately. Make fresh each time.

The most important thing is to get the body cleansed and get the

elimination

routes open and functioning properly.

Hi Lane,

Welcome to the group. I am sure people will come along to share their experience with psoriasis but in the meantime, click on the Messages link to the left and on the search bar for messages type in "psoriasis." Here you will see previous posts on this subject.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Hi Lane,

I have psoriasis, but it's not my main interest here. You can go to the National

Psoriasis Foundation.

http://www.psoriasis.org/home/

They have many dedicated and very active forums that discuss both conventional

and alternative therapies. You will find plenty of information and patient

stories. If you are interested in my personal case, send me an e-mail.

One thing I can recommend is external application of glycerin. See this thread

for details:

http://www.psoriasis.org/forum/showthread.php?t=29633 & highlight=glycerin & page=5

Best Regards,
