Guest guest
Welcome to the group and congrats on quitting the caffeine.. Are you drinking lots of water? Are you eating alot of meat? Look in the files under Dr.IanShillington for total tonic and panther piss.... they are easy to make and you should start taking both. Also, total nutrition to get the nutrition you need. Try and get more raw veggies into your diet... Do you eat alot of starches, dairy? Try a hot and cold shower also in the am... Guest guest
Well Allison, Most likely you have exhausted your adrenals with all the coffee and sugar. This is why you need coffee and sugar to keep you going. The adrenal glands provide us with an amazing amount of energy. But if we abuse them through stress, sugar, coffee etc then they become exhausted and need to be brought back into health. Very good on quitting the coffee. Now cut out all sugar and start drinking parsley tea, parsley seed tea or parsley root tea. This plant is specific for the adrenal glands and helps to rebalance them. You might also consider doing a body cleanse or several of them. Then changing your diet to a more natural one. Raw would be best. Just raw fruits and green leafy vegetables. Sprouted grains, nuts, and seeds in moderation. Herbal teas or distilled water or fresh fruit and vegetable juices to drink. That's a start. Guest guest
Sure Brigitte, For the plant just use a teaspoonful of dried herb per pint of water. Infuse it just like a tea. You can do the same with the parsley seed. For the root, you want to use the same amount but make a decoction instead of an infusion. In other words, boil the root for 20 minutes. Steep the seeds and plant for 10 - 15 minutes. Drink this several times throughout the day. Also make sure that you are drinking lots, and I mean lots of good pure preferrably distilled water to keep your system flushed of toxins. Guest guest
Reverse-Osmosis does a very good job of filtering out most contaminants to a specific size (which I don't happen to recall at the moment, maybe 1 micron or something like that). However, it does not filter out all, including variouls chemicals that have molecules that are smaller than the filter used for RO water. But, a good charcoal filter after the RO system will give you some really good water. Not distilled quality, but pretty darn good. If you don't have charcoal filtration and can't afford one of those desk top models (Britta, etc.), then by all means RO water will be fine. Just not as good as distilled is all. Don Quai - Bridge herbal remedies Wednesday, November 05, 2003 5:41 PM RE: [herbal remedies] Newbie Thank you very much. I am not sure how to say this in English but try to understand: Reverse-Osmosis is ok for water? That is what I am drinking. Brigitte ---Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Hi Charlene, The best combo I've found for scarring is Helichrysum Italicum from Corsica, mixed at 3% with RoseHip Seed Oil. Apply it several times per day to the scar you wish to fade out. Or if you want, you can purchase it mixed at 10% dilution from www.av-at.com (I do not own, or work for the folks at this website. I'm just a very satisfied customer.) Best of luck!
