I know that not everyone shares my views, but I do just want to add a couple of things. I'm vegan. I do not eat any meat of any kind, let alone pork. I am healthy. I am happy. I do not feel I am depriving myself of anything. I know people that don't eat pork for reasons other than religion (like they just don't want to, etc) but will still eat cow and such. As for it being good for you, that depends on who you ask. Even professionals are on different sides of this. Oh, and what is even MORE fun is being a vegan that wants all natural/organic. Fun, fun, fun shopping times...lol. ~KrisDon't forget to check out my blog at:www.roguedecadence.vox.com & my online store at:www.roguedecadence.etsy.com

Everyone has a different opinion on what is "healthy" eating. As long as you stay healthy, no problem. We are all here because we have made a commitment to staying healthy with "real" food. I'm sure we all eat better then the average person, no matter what we "won't" eat.

The other day my husband came home for lunch, and commented that he enjoyed the salads I make us, and never misses fast food or junk food. That is such a huge victory for me, lol, and I felt so happy that he has come such a long way. I'm so proud of him. Even my kids-including my veggie-phobic older son-take their health seriously and don't eat junk food or fast food any more, or rarely, anyway. Who would have ever thought? Not me! LOL.
