Guest guest
Jana: I take extra panothenic acid to help when I am "off" while I do not suffer depression , it came after I survived cancer. A Doctor I trust has a wonderful pain device but he showed me the other day how to use it for anti depression treatment. He found the oldest points on the body. (bellybutton, heart, third eye and top of the head) I am experimenting with it now and will let you know. It is the most amazing device and cancels out pain. When I had unrelieved pain from bone cancer, I used to go to sleep with this running on my spine. HE has now perfected an upgrade. It is called MVT Micro vibration Therapy. Relaxes muscle and relieves pain and really makes you feel good to find out more about it go to www.mvtherapy.com I go nowhere without mine. Taking msm - sulfur for imflamation. Have done a parasite cleanese - continuing with that, and a gallbladder flush. Moving on to other things as I feel better. I found the information about the cause of depression very interesting. I have been sufferring with intense depression all my life. My mother didn't let us eat sugar - sweets and candy were not allowed in our house, niether were sodas. Snacks were fruit, veggies stuff like that. So, I seem to only have gotten worse with my depression and I don't eat any sugar, white flour, rice and the like. Any suggestions for treating depression naturally - it has been miserable for me. The drs. have tried to label me bi polar but I don't want to go on those drugs. Any natural remedies that work would be appreciated. I recognize that this is not about cancer, but the depression ( and fear of reoccurrance) has gotten worse since the cancer. This is no way to live.
