Acne Questions/please help-This is what I have found....

Acne can be helped by a colon cleanse but even better a whole body cleanse. A

great website for whole body cleanses can be found at www.detox.org. A whole

body cleanse will allow the liver to detox as well. By doing this is helps the

hormones to be able to " communicate " better as well as to de-inflame the body.

(acne is an inflammation response).

 

An " elimination " type diet is a great full body cleanse and there are many ways

to do this. Bikrim or hot yoga is a great way to allow the body to detox

through the skin. However sometimes this makes the skin break out worse before

it gets better. There are some great yoga poses you can research to help

stimulate the liver and other endocrine organs. Check out yogajournal.com. The

site lets you look up particular poses to do these functions, so she can do them

from home.

Acne Questions

 

I have a teenage boy that is 15 yr old and has bad acne, we have tried

Proactive that you see on the tv and it got to be quite spendy it worked

to some point and then after awhile he got purple blemishes and they

would go away. So then we bought some Zap it that we bought thru

Melaleuca company which has worked but he refuses to use the wash but

will use the quick sticks only.He tells me he would rather take pills

then have to go thru all that process with the washing, toners, creams

and such. We really don't have the money to be going to a dermatologist

either due to me not being able to work outside the home. Is there any

suggestions to what we might be able to do?
