hi ann, that's a gtreat theraphy you have shared with me i will try it, i am

kinda congested with sinusitis myself. thank you and i know youve been sharing

that to everybody. by the way i'm Derek, i'm from the Philippines, but i'm now

livivng in England somewhere in west Yorkshire. You shared your stuff i might

have shared mine. well, before i left we have a company that we put up, a

probiotics co. But i have to leave the country because my wife needs me here.

Ann, thank you for sharing! I'll give it a try. It sounds kind of

disgusting, but like you said, it's cheap and it works!
