Hi all,

I'm new to this group, just joined. My wife is the one who is the

holistic healer in the family.

I have a question I'm hoping to get some direction on. I'm part of

a suicide prevention group and though I've never been on any

medications, a number of people in the group have been.

I'm wondering if people could recommend any holistic/alternative

therapies I could offer these people when their traditional

medications fail.

Also anything for depression and stress would be helpful, too.

Thank you very much.

Peace,

Gary . . .

Hi Gary,

EFT, EFT, EFT!!! It is free, easy to learn and works wonders for

almost everyone. See www.emofree.com for the manual. It sounds

weird but it works. I used to be pretty depressed at times and when

I discovered EFT I learned to switch these bad moods off even if it

was PMS-related and nothing else worked. It's being used by some

psychiatrists now (see website and join the newletter) and they are

getting much quicker results. Please share your results with the

group!

Hi Gary,

Zensight is a very easy to use and simple to learn energy work technique

that, in addition to healing concerns, promotes extremely deep feelings of

relaxation, usually immediately.

No " tapping " or other things that can seem " weird " to people unaccustomed to

energy work are involved, and a free introductory manual is available at

www.ZensightProcess.com <http://www.zensightprocess.com/>

Take care,
