Magazines (was Balancing Thyroid)

I used to take Natural Health, Health Sciences Institute Member's Alert, Self

Healing by Dr. Weil, Here's To Your Health by Deborah Ray and Donald Carrow, and

Heart Sense (Stephen Sinatra, MD), but let them expire due to to much expense. I

still get an e-letter update from Dr. Sinatra, and one from Dr. Joseph Mercola,

E-mail and newsletters from Dr. Williams (Alternatives) & Dr. Whitaker (Health &

Healing), I am a member of (so I receive their magazine) Life Extension

Foundation, and American Botanical Council (Herbalgram), and (of course) Herbs

for Health! Whatever interesting literature and/or magazines that they have for

free at the health food store or co-op, and my approximately 50 books (give or

take) or much to much for me and all that to live in an efficiency type

apartment! Oh yeah, I just agreed to a trial subscription to The Journal of

Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine!! So much to read with so little

free time; one source per

brain cell!! ;o)
