Guest guest
Dear Susan, A friend of mine knows someone who has quit both heroin and nicotine. He said heroin was a snap compared to nicotine, and not just because it is (still) legal. Do not underestimate how hard this can be. Everyone will undoubtedly tell you the same thing: exercise, water, good nutrition... Having all the nutritional gaps filled can make a difference to cravings. For instance, I am reminded if I have forgotten my usual dose of AFA because no matter what I eat, I keep feeling like I need a snack. Are you doing something special for yourself? A good detox? Liver support? A good green drink? Juicing? It might also help to have a buddy. A friend of mine is going through the same , and finding it quite hard. Would you like me to introduce you to each other? I always get a big kick out of connecting people. Hi all, just wanted to say hello. I am a Natural health consultant. But, i always enjoy learning more. I''m a 34 yr old home maker with one child. My big question is this....I've been trying the EZ Quit stop smoking thing for 4 days. The cleanse and detox was rough beyond all ..But, it says i won't crave a cigarett and yet i do! Not as bad as before though. What can help with these cravings? I/m doing the aromatherapy and it does some, but sometimes i want to pull my hair out. Can anyone give me some advice?
