What are people's thoughts about biofeedback? I have learned a bad startle response that causes my neck and shoulder muscles to tense up. This same response also affects my blood pressure. Someone suggest I try biofeedback.

I have spent quite a bit of time on another list,

with a dr. Bates who has used bio-feedback

with great results.

I don't have his website handy, but Google will

probably find it for you if you ask it nicely.
