I know in my case that any touching or restraining of any kind during the seizure makes it much worse. I once took down a 6'3 " over 200 pound strong man paramedic who tried to restrain me during a seizure. He thought I just passed out. I am only 5'6 " won't tell you my weight weakling woman. I was wondering how it was done because I really don't like to take the meds to control the seizures.
