No partner try this: Take two tennis balls. Wrap them in a sock, tie up with a strong rubber band. Lie down on them so the balls are in the hollow spots. Breathe, and Relax deeply. You can also buy so called "still point inducers" made out of rubber, but the idea is the same. Also good: rubbing the temples with essential oil of lavender.
