No. The stomach was designed to operate in an acid environment.

Also, Cayenne does not "physically" burn the stomach. It is only a

sensation of burning generated by the "heat".

Dear Dolores,

You are most welcome, and I hope the holidays went well for you.

HBP is not really that difficult to terminatedly handle once and for

all.

I've helped hundreds of clients bring their HBP permanently down doing

a

simple Total Body Cleanse while taking a large quantity of Garlic = 4

to

8 cloves a day.

The way you take the Garlic is to cut a medium to large clove in half,

lengthwise with the grain, or into quarters if they're too big, then

dip

them in Organic Olive Oil and down the hatch with them like taking a

bunch of pills.

This will also lower cholesterol by the way. The longest I've seen the

above to bring a very high BP permanently down was 3 months, and the

shortest is about 3 weeks. The idea is to start the cleanse and the

additional Garlic at the same time.

You'll actually notice a feeling of well being within the first 3 days

and it just gets better from there.

All the best,

Doc

Blood pressure slightly high? Try HTN. It worked well for me! To get more information contact Thomas: 828-645-7224 or Thomas

Your Tip:

High Blood Pressure

About six months ago my blood pressure began to sneak up. My doctor handed me a prescription for blood pressure medication. I told him that if in 2 months my blood pressure hadn't come down a bit, I'd begin taking the medication. In the meantime I would increase nutrients and herbs that are known to affect blood pressure.

Here's what I did:

· CoQ10 100 mg twice daily.

· A complex called HTN: 2 twice daily

· Hawthorn berries: 1 twice daily.

When I saw him again and brought my blood pressure chart, he was completely satisfied that I didn't need to take any medication. Now, it would have been less expensive and simpler to take 1 blood pressure medication daily than to take all of these supplements. The difference is that the nutrients replace what I was lacking and also enhance overall health. The medication would merely have controlled the blood pressure.

Another supplement with good research is arginine. Studies indicate that up to 3000 mg daily can also control blood pressure. Calcium and magnesium also help regulate blood pressure. So, if my blood pressure begins to creep up again, I still have some arrows in my quiver.

I keep my blood pressure regulated with Lisinopril. My C-Pap machine also plays a role in keeping it down. As a side note, the doctor put me on insulin two weeks ago so I finally took Cyndi's advice and embraced cottage cheese. Mu sugar levels dropped from 299to 140 in a week. I might be a weirdo, but I actually think Cottage Cheese tastes pretty good. Been eating it with raw baby carrots and grapes as well as using it for salad dressing.

Lisa,

You may benefit from Magnesium supplements too. Read the

Book " The Magnesium Factor " by Mildred S Seelig MD.

She explain how most people don't have enough of Magnesium and

other minerals to keep their body from developing High blood

pressure, heart disease and diabetes amoung other chronic conditions.

Once I read her book I started to take magnesium and have now for

several years. I am the only one of 5 children in our family that

doesn't have high blood pressure (I can't convince the others (except

one sister who takes just a small amount of medication) how important

Magnesium and other minerals are to control this.) Heart disease

runs in my ancestry and so prevention is the name of the game.

Magnesium will calm you too, and so take it at bedtime. Your B

complex is best taken in the morning as the B's give you energy!

Hope you read the book as you will be able to prevent a lot before

you get my age (53 soon to be 54 but I look and act like a 35 year

old!!) See my picture at our website http://birchhillhappenings.com

That pic was taken just a couple years ago.

My husband's blood pressure is on border line, the doctor has not prescribed

medication, but told him

to try and have life style change, such as including exercise, reduce salt

etc. Is there any

essential oils which would help him with his bp?

Hi Jay! I have had high blood pressure for many years, and was recently

able to go off all my medication because of exercise, diet, and small

lifestyle changes. I give a lot of credit to Vetiver. Make sure to

Garlic and Cayenne in and of themselves will probably get your blood

pressure down to normal. Acupuncture can decrease systolic blood

pressure by 20 points in 20 minutes. Black sesame is also excellent,

and can also work to prevent stroke. Ask me how to prepare it.

For high blood pressure along with high cholesterol, take celery juice.

GET ORGANIC.

Jay,

A blend of carrot, rose and neroli essential oils in a carrier oil works

wonderfully for high blood pressure. The blend is also a great face oil.

Omega 3 (fish oil) is great at reducing blood pressure too. I finally

convinced my DH to start taking it and his dropped dramatically. He no

longer needs to take his meds - takes the Omega 3 only every other day.

I have fish oil, but I think I need Krill Fish Oil so I am not

contaminated by mercury?

1-3 tablespoons in a pot. Must be stainless steel or earthenware.

Cover with 1 inch of water. Let sit for 10 minutes.

scrape off the floaters on top of the water. Those are empty hulls.

Boil for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.

Drink the water and eat the seeds. They're not bad. Nutty.

As a former Chiropractic Assistant I have no doubt about this info. I've seen

some amazing results from patients

that would come in having never been to a chiropractor before. Some even newborn

babies. Thanks DP for sharing

this.

~ Melani Holt ~

Nov 2008 18:34:56 +0000 High Blood pressure

Found an article that might be of interest to some people.DPAugust 11, 2008

(Dallas, TX) — Studies and research regarding the chiropractic adjustment are

being performed more and more to show the validity of chiropractic. WebMD has

recently released information showing a special chiropractic adjustment called

the Atlas Adjustment, can significantly lower high blood pressure. " This

procedure has the effect of not one, but two blood-pressure medications given in

combination, " study leader George Bakris, MD, told WebMD. " And it seems to be

adverse-event free. We saw no side effects and no problems, " added Dr. Bakris,

director of the University of Chicago hypertension center.Research showed that

eight weeks after undergoing the procedure, 25 patients with early-stage high

blood pressure had significantly lower blood pressure than 25 similar patients

who underwent a sham chiropractic adjustment. Because patients are unable to

feel the technique, they could not tell which group they were in. WebMD reported

that patients that got the real procedure saw an average 14 mm Hg greater drop

in systolic blood pressure and an average 8 mm Hg greater drop in diastolic

blood pressure. None of the patients took blood pressure medicine during the

eight-week study.Dr. Marshall Dickholtz Sr., DC, of the Chiropractic Health

Center, in Chicago, performed all of the procedures in the study. He calls the

Atlas vertebra " the fuse box to the body. " Dr. Bakris notes that some

researchers have suggested that injury to the Atlas vertebra can affect blood

flow in the arteries at the base of the skull. Dr. Dickholtz thinks the

misaligned triggers release of signals that make the arteries contract. Whether

the procedure actually fixes the injuries is unknown, Bakris says.WebMD reported

that Dr. Bakris began the study after a fellow doctor told him that something

strange was happening in his family practice. The doctor had been sending some

of his patients to a chiropractor. Some of these patients had high blood

pressure, but after seeing the chiropractor, the patients' blood pressure had

normalized – and a few of them were able to stop taking their blood pressure

medications.Dr. Dickholtz has been teaching, practicing, and studying the NUCCA

technique for 50 years. High blood pressure is far from the only thing an Atlas

misalignment causes. On the other hand, if people have high blood pressure,

there is a tremendous possibility they need an Atlas adjustment, " he says.Dr.

Bakris is now organizing a much bigger clinical trial on this same subject.

Nattokinase is good in supplement form or even better, eat natto that

you prepare. Transdermal magnesium will help as will cod liver oil.

Supplement with D3 and Niacinamide. Meditation is a big help as is

exercise.

Generally, you probably need to pay more attention to your overall

diet. Read the Weston Price Foundation site for some clues, but try

to eat more raw foods generally... and stay away from anything

pre-prepared or fried altogether.

Raw Organic Garlic is Excellent for HBP!!! The meds are not only

depleting your body but are taking a toll on your liver as well.

I would switch to Garlic. 3 or 4 cloves a day has been known to handle

high blood pressure conditions beautifully.

Hi,i have a question. is RAW Garlic the ONLY way to get the benefits of eating so much. I have High Blood Pressure also and i triedeating a clove a day and putting it mildly, THAT'S ROUGH! I've tried to blend it on a sandwich, used olive oil to get it down,

well.. let's just say I've attempted a lot of ways to eat more. Thus far, it is soooo not getting there. What can we do to take more and not deal with the downside? Don't misunderstand, I DO like the taste,

but that clove or two, raw, is a challenge.Arnold2009/3/26 Organic Solutions <organicsolutions

--- Hi

I collect fresh hawthorn berries and make them into tea. Brought my BP

down to normal in 4/5 weeks and now it stays there so long as i keep taking it

..If i stop , it goes back up again. Its also great for the heart and

circulation. If you don't want the trouble of collecting fresh , you can buy

teabags or capsules. I've passed this info to a few friends and family members

and its worked for all of them .

By the way , it apparently also corrects low BP. Miraculous little berry it is

:))
