contact hours for ayurdoula

Hello,

 

Ysha, I just saw on your website that I can log in some contact hours

during my own postpartum? Can we discuss this further? I am a Licensed

Midwife, and have lots of postpartum hours on others, but the idea of

learning from my own experience and the babies is fascinating to me. And

then once I finish the modules, how do I become a Certfied Ayurdoula? Maybe

phone would be better to clear things up. My number is on my website.

Hi Shannon!

 

Delighted - yes! I suppose it isn't something we have promoted, but is a great

time to experience directly the postpartum ayurvedic skills in action - both for

self care and other students around you perhaps also - to include for some of

your practice proficiency requirements for certification. Your postpartum work

with your clients can be logged and discussed as part of your requirements also

- see the internship packet if you have it, and give me a call to sort out how

this works more, ok?

 

As you are in the San Francisco Bay Area - maybe there are others there who

would like to do study group work on the tests with you. Be sure to post that

question on the AyurDoula student's forum too, ok?
