Dear Kristine;

Yes, I'm also amazed at the accuracy of Vedic Astrology. There is a

weekly free newsletter I get that seems consistently useful from

someone here, David Hawthorne. Do you get that one?

Ayurveda would be a GREAT boon to hospital birthing practices

especially postpartum care (this is of course what I know most). Have

you seen the AyurDoulas' website, www.sacredwindow.com? I once gave a

full Holiday Inn style seminar to a group of nurses in South Dakota.

Not really my style quite yet, but I loved being able to communicate

with the diversity of care roles and discuss how.

Did you know that John Bastyr U has an ayurvedic studies program? If

they will let you take an intro course ... hmm, maybe you would like

to join us in Oregon, is it Eugene or? Vicky and Beeara are working

on getting me out there, now looks like September I think is the plan.

The weekend will be called Discovering Ayurveda and fulfill one of

the level 1 classes for the AyurDoula training.

But I'm ahead of myself here, we haven't gotten a firm date yet. JB

does not have perinatal Ayurvedic studies, last I heard.

Welcome, hope we get to meet!

Ysha
