Guest guest
Dear Janel and Vicky; I am very happy to have Janel joining our group and to have you all sharing the big picture about women and infant care so realtime and real concern focus! In my opinion wearing the moderator hat, this has to qualify as very relevant, just wanted to make sure you know after my previous comment. (I just had already been feeling we were all getting a bit far afield for some of the group members I do not want to loose.) I have to blame Vicky for bringing my crone name into the discussion and appreciate her throwing me into the water, but the new members won't be very interested to stay with this kind of talk, I don't believe. In respect of everyones' time, I am also now making the point NOT to welcome each new member until they bring up a question/comment etc (they do receive a welcome letter). It gets tedious to sort thru all those messages - we have about 10 just joined recently! THats almost 20% increase in the forum membership. I'm really pleased about the diversity and professional experience and knowledge base of our membership and hope to see valuable info exchange. Hopefully all of you are reading and will introduce your concerns and reasons for joining! Warm Regards! Guest guest
Thanks for clarifying your vision for the list and for establishing boundaries. Sorry, I jumped right in before doing an intro when I saw my email to you posted followed by warm welcomes -- felt like walking into great gathering of women. Since my work and passion is off-topic from ayurveda approach, (the baby's experience of prenatal, birth, and postnatal), and I don't have ayurveda training, I'll just lurk and learn. Thanks!
