flora brand olive oil with st johns wort, > would i find this at

natural health stores?

Tracey, a few really large natural food stores carry it, probably all

of them carry something from their line and can order it. Call me

about dosage input, ok?

gums etc..white with a red rim. i think canker sores. do you still

recommend the olive oil caps?

If it were me I'd still use that preparation of St. John's wort oil

with olive oil, it is a significant antiviral which in this form does

not aggravate vata the way some of the others antiviral herbals would.

As I understand this, it is most likely still a viral outbreak fed by

excess pitta ama and the wearing down of old mercury fillings in the

system - any other input from practicing clinicians would be most

welcome here, of course. This product is very kind ... and oil helps

absorb/neutralize many aggravating toxins.

I would be using also a drop or two with drop lavender in little water

can be swished in mouth. Temp healthy action sting is lessened by the

lavender, helps much.

> do you know where to buy this essential oil? and the veggie caps?

The veggie caps or gel caps are avail at natural foods sources, online

or stores. The eoils I use are from www.youngliving.com. You will

need a referring member/number.

Great! Will you keep us posted on his reading/advice?

Yes ricotta, panir, cottage, and cream cheese all qualify

For significant antimicrobial and chelation effects more is suggested.

Due to the canker sores, I would not recommend it with nuts (I have a

great cilantro chelation pesto recipe!) but take a bunch, wash well in

pan of water and drain; finely mince and sprinkle generous salt,

little something sweet, generous finely grated ginger or garlic, and

juice of 1/2 - 1 lime (cooling) not lemon (heating). Dr./Usha Lad

make a chutney adding few mustard and cumin seeds, hing sauteed in

little ghee (vata pacifying to the raw), tossed with the coconut, to

the rest. Easiest done in food processer. Yum! Taste for

deliciousness - add more of which taste is missing if needed.

Or take 2 tsp cilantro juice with pulp opt pinch salt (spin in

blender) 1 - 2 X daily for pretty quick results.

Take care and get good rest whenever you can;

Ysha
