Guest guest
Evening Frank, I have been meaning to say thanks to you and everyone for the long post and the complete documents. I read virtually all of them and resend many to my personal mailing list of about 150 friends, relatives, and customers. Some of these are so good, I format them in Word and make web pages from the articles. It saves me a lot of time searching for the information. Relative to searching the archives, I keep all of the messages from this list and a number of others. This way, I can search my own archives. The mailbox from this list contains 8,900 messages. Some of my mailboxes contain 15 to 24000 messages. Why delete them? The only messages I delete are the few that say nothing but hello or thanks. I have over 125 mailboxes. When I back up my mail software it is over 1 GIG. I keep it mirrored to 3 different computers. Disk space is so cheap it is virtually free. I have near 200 gig of storage on 3 computers plus web site storage and one FTP site. We are indeed overwhelmed with information. But how can we have too much? Thanks again to those who find the good articles and post them here. Wayne
Guest guest
To everyone, If you are having mailbox problem because of the needed but lenghty messages, go to you gettingwell groups. Edit it and change it to no message. This way your inbox will not be over the limit and you can go to the site to read the messages any time. Just a tought.
