So I stay away from starchy veggies, all grains, flour, corn, etc., and all beans -- except for a rare treat. I know I've mentioned this before, but URL below is useful if you have not seen it. http://www.cat007.com/insulin.htm Alobar

Guest guest
Right click on the image, then click select all, right click again and select copy (or copy text if Opera browser). Then copy the text to a word processor. Format and print as desired. - " Bob Zyskowski " <monrep Monday, December 09, 2002 5:09 AM Re: Low Glycemic Foods: How can I get a copy of WWW.CAT007.COM/INSULIN.HTM? I have tried to do as I was told but still I get the error URL and some explanatins about what I am doing wrong. Well, of course, it means nothing to me the explanations given.
