Low Glycemic Foods:

Not what you asked for, but in my research I have come to the

conclusion that both high & low glycemic foods are not good for

people with diabetes & others looking to limit carbos. So I stay

away from starchy veggies, all grains, flour, corn, etc., and all

beans -- except for a rare treat. I know I've mentioned this

before, but URL below is useful if you have not seen it.

http://www.cat007.com/insulin.htm

How can I get a copy of WWW.CAT007.COM/INSULIN.HTM? It doesn't print out

because of the blue background.

I have the file and I am going to format this in Word for printing.

If you hang on just a day or two, I will have it done.

Right click on the image, then click select all, right click again and

select copy (or copy text if Opera browser).

Then copy the text to a word processor. Format and print as desired.

Wayne,

That is nice of you to put in in Word file. I have tried to do as I was

told but still I get the error URL and some explanatins about what I am

doing wrong. Well, of course, it means nothing to me the explanations

given.
